Didn’t even stay a full night!!!! Front desk staff person was professional and friendly I will say that. BUT, after walking down a poorly lit hallway and upon entering our room we were met with a musty smell, bathroom toilet was all scratched up from what looked like damage from what could’ve only been from a snake to unclog toilet, shower was cleaned poorly; my little girl actually said she wasn’t going to use the bathroom because it looked “disgusting in there”. Spider webs and cob webs in floor corners. We actually left after we discovered a couple of what only looked like some sort of bug bite on both of our kids, we packed up our belongings and kids and left back home on a three hour trip. So much for spring break! Checked in around 3:30pm and left around 9pm (which we were actually at the hotel for maybe a total of two hours due to spending time in Frankenmuth site seeing) Pool facilities were absolutely poorly maintained and the Pool DID NOT reflect the preview photos displayed on the listing. Literally night and day!! Water was ice cold and after 10min in the pool my kids were ready to get out and wash the filth off. What an absolute let down! We left the key at the front desk with the employee and mentioned the bites as well as the poorly maintained & unclean room & let her know we tried to stick out but the bug bites were the last straw. She didn’t seem bothered or surprised as to which her only reply was “I’ll let the mgr know and they’ll contact” Save your $$

The pictures were deceiving. The place was small. The pool was cold, small and unclean. We left two hours after arriving because of the small room. The place smelled like pot. Felt like a place for prostitution and drug dealing.the only place that was okay was the lobby. I warn anyone thinking of staying here, not to do it.

It was nice, we enjoyed our stay! Liked the hot tub and pool. Liked having a bar with food available. Staff was friendly and accommodating with our needs. We would stay there again! Nice weekend get away!!

Was nice that the suites are in a separate building, but feel the entrance door could use a lock that a card has to open like the rooms as anyone could walk into building.
