Large children's bedroom with bunkbeds. 1 other bedroom with queen bed. Plus 2 Dens, one with convertible sofa for guests and one with large media room and office space. Office includes high-speed ethernet broadband and printer. High speed wi-fi through-out. Large deck with pool and outside dining area. Weber gas grill. Large lawn. Quiet street and neighborhood 2 blocks from beach. Includes access to community tennis court and beach. Master bath with jacuzzi tub. Outdoor shower. Available Aug 16th through Labor Day for $25,000.
