This property is fully equipped to with all conveniences you need for a great holiday.
A 120m2 is distributed all in 1 level, where you will find a dinning-living room with satellite TV, WIFI, leather sofas and table and chairs up to 8 dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped and has 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The outside next to woodland making making the gardens cool and private is 1000m2, where you can find a fenced garden, private 8x4 pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, terrace furniture, BBQ and pool shower.
Nearby there's a supermarket, pharmacy and medical center 3.5km away. Golf course at 3km. We recommend a vehicle.

CA NA CARMEN

Excellent villa ,the villa was very clean and modern the outside of the property was very clean and tidy with a wonderful pool and the pool side kitchen was marvellous and also the barberque was very clean and worked very well .There were plenty of sunbeds for us to use. The owners were very nice and when we had a small problem with the hot water they sorted it out within a couple of hours Overall very impressed with this property, will defiinately come back here again

We spent a week (family of 4) in this beautiful house. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures. We were worried as it was our first time using VRBO and renting a house. We had nothing to worry about. We met the owners who were absolutely lovely people and took pride in their house, and were very thoughtful and generous to us. It made our stay even more special and memorable. Working w/Villasonline was hassle free and easy to work with. We loved the pool and used the pool house for many dinners and lunches. We loved Mallorca and would highly recommend this property!

Super Finca, hervorragende Ausstattung

Unser Aufenthalt war mega gut. Wir sind zwei Familien, unsere Kinder sind 18 und 19. Alle drei Schlafzimmer sind sind gut ausgestattet, Wohnraum, Küche sowie beide Badezimmer mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der gesamte Außenbereich ist gepflegt und bestens geeignet sich auch mal aus dem Weg gehen zu können. Das Highlight ist der Pool und die Außenküche, die vielmehr ein Poolhaus ist. Es ist eine komplette Küche mit jede Menge Besteck, Geschirr und Zubehör . Es ist alles doppelt und dreifach vorhanden ( Herd, Kühl/Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Herd). Liegen und Stühle sind ausreichend für sechs Personen. Wir hatten wunderschöne 15 Tage in dieser Finca und wollen definitiv wiederkommen. Check in/out war sehr unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir wurden liebevoll empfangen obwohl wir schon um 11.30h bei der Finca waren. Die Putzkolonne war nich voll im Einsatz, wir durften schon den Einkauf in den Kühlschrank räumen und wurden mit Wasser versorgt. Dann gab es noch eine Flasche Wein zu Begrüßung ( eine zweite in der zweiten Woche, weil wir zwischendurch gefegt haben 😊) Vielen Dank das wir ihr Haus zwei Wochen genießen durften. Schöne Villa mit Abstrichen

Das Haus und Aussenbereich sind wunderschön. Es handelt sich bei der Villa um ein Doppelhaus. Die Villa daneben ist fix vermietet. Es sind allgemein aber sehr ruhige Nachbarn in der gesamten Nachbarschaft und abgesehen von ab und zu einem Flugzeug oder Auto hat man praktisch keinen Lärm in diesem Gebiet. Das Haus entspricht im Wesentlichen den Bildern auf FeWo. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist soweit in Ordnung. Wir hätten uns ein grösseres Doppelbett gewünscht (es ist max. 140cm breit) ansonsten gibt es nur 4 Einzelbetten. Vermisst haben wir einen richtigen Toaster und Eierbecher. Im Haus gibt es keinerlei Gewürze, Oel / Essig. Es wurden auch keinerlei Begrüssungsgetränke im Kühlschrank hinterlassen. Im Normalfall haben wir bei allen Vermietern eine Flasche Wasser und ev. Wein/Sekt zur Begrüssung erhalten. Ansonsten verfügt das Haus über viel Geschirr, Besteck und es ist alles vorhanden was es zum Kochen braucht. Wichtig zu wissen, kein Essen oder süsse Getränke rumstehen lassen in und um die Villa hat es ziemlich viele Ameisen. Da man sich in Nähe von Wald befindet hat es Abends auch ziemlich viele Moskitos. Sitzkissen auf der Aussenbestuhlung sollten erneuert werden sind dreckig sowie verschimmelt. Wäre besser wenn eine Kissenbox vorhanden wäre worin diese wenn es regnet verstaut würden. Liegestühle sind genügend vorhanden, sind jedoch bereits durchgelegen und man liegt auf den Metallstreben. Toll war hingegen das Aussenbett mit Sonnenschirm. Leider kann ich mich den Bewertungen nicht anschliessen, was die Betreuung durch die Besitzer betrifft. Wir fühlten uns ziemlich im Stich gelassen. Die Organisation haben wir als ziemlich kompliziert erlebt. Am Wochenende ist ein Vertreter der Vermieter zuständig bei Problemen und unter der Woche soll man sich zwischen 9-15h ans Büro wenden, wie die meisten sich vorstellen können, passieren Probleme meist ausserhalb von Bürozeiten. Wir hatten bereits am ersten Tag Probleme mit dem WIFI im Haus. Da wir extra vor Anreise angefragt hatten ob das WIFI im gesamten Aussenbereich funktioniere und auch gut genug sei um auch arbeiten zu können, was uns so bestätigt wurde, waren wir doch ziemlich enttäuscht, dass dem leider nicht so war und uns auch niemand geholfen hat diesen Mangel zu beheben. Der Abreisetag war ein weiterer Minuspunkt. Gemäss Mietvertrag steht ganz klar, dass Checkout um spätestens 11h ist. Um 7h40 stand aber bereits die Putzequippe vor der Tür was uns zu einer übereilten Abreise zwang.
