Dotty, and the rest of the staff made this ab Amazing place to stay for a few days while my husband recovered from dental surgery! Excellent choice would happily stay again!

The room we stayed didnt have much to it i mean the bed was nice we had a king the walls still had pencil marks from when they remodeled and the bathroom shower didnt have a curtian which made the floor all wet yeah not fun its linoleum flooring

Buffet excellent pool fairly warm hot tub was good. They ran out of towels in the pool room but we notified the guy at the front desk he had them restocked right away. The only slight issuse was you can see they are redoing all the rooms and they had a slight mess ouside with old mattress stacking up and what not.

The hotel transportation was horrible. They advised they’ll pick up in 20 mins and did not arrive until 50mins there after although it was 12mins drive and almost midnight so no traffic. The property was decent nothing to rave about. We were only overnighting.

The door to the room we were in was not hung properly. There was an inch gap at the top of the door one side. The bathroom door was a barn style door that did not stay close or latch in any way. The shower had glass doors. One was on backwards causing it slide open at random. The hotel is under construction so hopefully they will fix everything. The staff was very friendly and the room very clean.

Unclean and Loud

Came to town for an event. Check in was simple and quick. Wanted to sit in the hot tub but it was filthy. Disgusting, actually. The hotel is bring renovated but the quality of work is subpar. The toilet in our room rocked and the shower was dirty. Crews began work early Sunday morning and were quite loud. Over night snow was not cleared and sidewalks were dangerous.

Gwen was an absolute pleasure, she was extremely helpful and was wonderful at giving us instructions on where to go for the shuttle pick up. Everyone there was helpful and made our stay a pleasant.

Hotel is outdated and very expensive for what you get. Towels were stained and floor in hallway and hotel room felt "soft" under the laminate.
