The hotel was great – cozy and mid-sized, with a really welcoming vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and even helping with our bags. Room service was quick, and the rooms were spotless – even the bathrooms were very clean. The rooms were also bigger than they looked online, which was a nice surprise. The only thing that felt a little off was the bathroom setup – the toilet and main bathroom were in separate areas with a hallway and door in between, which wasn’t the most convenient. Not sure if that’s normal for the area, but it stood out. Other than that, the location was perfect, right in front of the Christmas markets and in a safe part of town. I’d definitely stay here again!

Poor lighting- lovely hotel

Everything was terrific. The staff was so helpful and patient. The only feed back I have is that the room lighting is horrible. The bathroom and rooms are so dimly lit you feel like you are in a cave. The lighted makeup mirror is so high on the wall my mom couldn’t see herself in it.

Unbeatable Location

We had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel! The location was unbeatable, overlooking the Viktualienmarkt, making it perfect for exploring the city. The hotel itself was beautifully furnished, with a modern yet inviting design that made us feel right at home. One of the standout features was the size of the rooms—absolutely massive compared to most city hotels, giving us plenty of space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The only small drawback was that the staff’s recommendations for dining were a bit underwhelming, but this didn’t detract much from our experience. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, so we were able to discover some gems on our own. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for its location, style, and spacious accommodations. We would definitely stay here again!
