First room door would not open. Gave a second room no king bed but room rate still the same. Paid more for less.

Check in took quite sometime and the employee was very unprofessional. She gave no information on the hotel - WiFi, pool etc… just handed us the room keys after a very long time chatting with her manager Danny on the phone and making facial expressions and complaining. There was an argument during the night and unprofessional talk with the employees. Thankfully our room was clean.
