A newly remodeled ranch home perfect for longer stays. It has brand new kitchen appliances, furnitures, laundry, a dedicated space for work, comfortable foam beds and a 65 inch curved TV with a sound bar and subwoofer.

Its about 1 block from Round Lake.

Close to shopping on Rollins Road, about 15 minutes from Fox Lake, 20 minutes from Six Flags, 30 minutes from Naval Base.

The house is spread across 2 lots. The 2nd lot is empty with green space. It offers a place to walk and play for kids and offers extra space from the neighbours.
Guest access
The property is in a quiet residential street, close to Round Lake. It has a long driveway to park a RV or Boat if needed.

The guest has access to the entire house and lawn.

The detached garage is for private use. My handyman uses it and comes occasionally to get his tools.
