Zero Stars Not An Option
I will start by stating I expect retaliation on my review from property managers. While the house was very cute and accommodated my family, the amenities were not as listed. No television in the main living area, found a television or at least we believe that is what it was in basement, but no seating area or remote. No cleaning supplies such as dish rags, cleaning solution, broom, etc.One working lightbulb in fixture upstairs, light bulbs missing.No bath mat in tub which made for a slippery shower experience. No wash cloths in bathroom, nor anywhere in the house. Only 4 so called bath towels.No extra blankets in house, no dishwasher detergent.Cobwebs in bathroom window, some type of black animal hair everywhere.Outside trash receptacle full upon our arrival, tree branch (entire branch) on walkway from parking area leading to front door.Missing curtain in front bedroom. Only way to communicate is via app and response takes hours, then asked to send photos.Requesting to send a selfie holding your license did not sit well with me.Broken chain for light in ceiling fan in back bedroom.Freezer does not make ice, so be sure to bring some if you use it.I don’t believe the home is owned by local people.I’m sure I am forgetting something.When I pay for a service, I expect to receive my money’s worth.I have NEVER left a poor review before now.
