LOCATION
You are in the heart of the Roman Baroque, definitely. Not only baroque: around each corner you find many traces of the ancient Rome. This 45sqm apartment is just 30 mt from Piazza Navona, the ancient Domitian Stadium, whose elliptic geometry makes the area one of the most amazing and exciting places in Rome, enriched by masterpieces from Bernini, Borromini, Giacomo Della Porta, some of the greatest Baroque Maestri.

APARTMENT
The apartment allows you to feel the emotion of living in a 17th century house completely restructured. The apartment has been redecorated with great care maintaining anyway the original charm: the walls have been treated, according to the Venetian tradition, and the tall ceiling is made of wooden beams. Elegantly furnished, it is located on the first floor off the street level (would be the second floor in the USA - no elevator)

Internet WiFi, Satellite TV, Air Conditioning, HiFi System, Big Safety Box, Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Microwave Oven, Coffee Bar Machine and a well equipped kitchen (with salt, cooking salt, sugar and coffee available as courtesy cooking basis)complete the main facilities.

The apartment houses a king size sofa bed (160x200cm) and a lovely dining area. Above one corner of the room is a mezzanine (h 130cm) with a full size bed (160x190 cm).

From this strategic place, in only two minutes walk, you can get other extraordinary and famous places as the Pantheon, Castel Sant’Angelo, Campo de Fiori and a lot of monumental Churches. Within easy walking distance many other as the Spanish Steps, Fontana di Trevi, Torre Argentina, Piazza Venezia, Piazza del Campidoglio designed by Michelangelo,St. Peter Basilica, Coliseum and the Imperial Forums.

In the apartment area you find a lot of antique shops (e.g. in Via dei Coronari), restaurants, storical outdoors cafes (e.g Bar della Pace), pubs and wine shops open up to late night. Just outside the apartment, within 10 mt, you may find many shops: greengrocer, delicatessen, grocer, minimarket, butcher, news agent, tobacconist. This area is very well connected by public transportation

Close to sights. Many cafes and restaurants just outside the door. Stairs. Comfortable. Could use a comfy chair or two. Bed is a sofa sleeper but was surprisingly comfortable. No view. Aircon worked great.

Comfortable and convenient. The location was exceptional. Restaurants, grocery stores, leather, clothing and souvenir shop literally step from the apartment. Vatican and hop on hop off bus are easy walking distance

Perfect location

We arrived in Rome at 9:00 am and were able to drop our bags off at the apartment and get the key. We really appreciated that flexibility. The location worked for us and we were able to walk to all the major "tourist attractions." There are several cafe's right outside the door which was very convenient. The apartment was clean and the pull out sofa bed was very comfortable. We thought it was a good choice for our first trip to this amazing city!

Great location

The apartment was very conveniently located to many popular sites (Vatican, Coliseum, Pantheon, etc) along with a plethora of restaurant options. It was a very clean place to stay. Like most places in vicinity - there are few steps to go up in building to get to door. There are 2 beds are on the mezzanine-level of unit with a pullout bed on main level. It was perfect for 2 of us. Layout well planned. Fabrizio was a very attentive host. He gave us great neighborhood restaurant suggestions. He arranged a taxi for us to take to airport. Only regret is we didn’t get to meet him personally.

Great location and host

This is my second stay in Fabrizio's apartment. He organises everything to make arrival and settling in the easiest it can be. The location is great. Right in the heart of things. You can walk to Trastevere. The typewriter, the Pathoen, Trevi, Spanish Steps, Borghese, Vaticano, castello, Il foro etc etc. Although it's very central, it's quiet and cool abd the sifa bed is very comfy. Thank you for another lovely stay.

Everything you need I’m the heart of the Eternal City

I chose this property based on other consistent reviews. If you are looking for a well-equipped place in the heart of the city where everything works (shower, bathroom, windows, fridge, AIR CONDITIONING) you can count on Studio della Pace. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Literally outside the front entrance doors you have all you need within steps including cobblestone roads, charming restaurants, cafes, gelaterias and shops. The host is an excellent communicator, very kind and attentive to your needs. It’s a modest apartment but clean and homey. We were glad to have a properly air-conditioned space (not always easy to find in Italy) after coming in from Rome’s merciless heat. Our host arranged a ride to the airport for us and our driver showed up friendly in a brand new gorgeous Ford mini van with AC. Thank you Fabrizio for making our short stay in Rome a memorable one!

The apartment was just as advertised. The location was in a vibrant neoghborhood just off Piazza Navona. We walked everywhere, but had the most fun just out our doorstep. Fabrizio was very helpful and had great communication.

Great host and location

Fabrizio was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The apartment is in a great location as it is walking distance to everything you want to see in Rome. Fabrizio also gave great suggestions for shopping and dinning. If you don’t do well with stairs, the sleeping arrangements may be a problem but otherwise we loved it.

Great property central to all

Highly recommend this apartment in the city center of Rome. Great neighborhood and central to all major areas—Vatican, Colosseum, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain are all within 30 minutes walk. There is also a taxi stop nearby if you need it. It’s on a smaller street and rarely gets car/truck traffic. Like pretty much every residential building in the center of Rome, there are shops, cafes and restaurants around so there will be some noise into the evening. Fabrizio is a great host; he answered all of my many questions and even sent some great recommendations for neighborhood restaurants, gelateria and markets while we were in town which made our trip much easier. My husband is still talking about the carbonara at Da Francesco!

Perfect location and size

We stayed 9 nights in Rome with something planned every other day. The location in Rome and in the neighborhood meant that it was extremely easy to occupy ourselves, but the studio was nice to also just stay in. It was our first time in Rome, so i had no idea how perfect this place was going to be , but it worked out great. Fabrizio, our host, communicated every step of the way.

Lovely apartment in a brilliant location

Had a fantastic time. The apartment is a quirky mix of the old and the new (17th century wooden ceilings, super modern bathroom). Great location about 2 minutes walk away from Piazza Navona, with Pantheon, Campo di Fiori, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps easily walkable. The Colosseum is a short bus ride away. Fabrizio was brilliant, offering plenty of travel tips and making sure we knew how to use everything in the apartment. The only downside was a lot of noise from the local bars on Friday/Saturday nights.

Fantastic location near the small streets with wonderful restaurants and shops. Short walk to get to bus stop. Bed was a sofa sleeper which was a bit squeaky when moving in bed. Had to get used to the water heater having to reheat the water while taking a shower. Nice washer.

Perfect location!!!

Fabrizio is a wonderful host . Very accommodating and is always available to answer questions. The apartment location is perfect, near to everything , restaurants , stores etc . we only took Uber once coz we are so tired from the activity . Just make sure you have good comfortable shoes to wear . I recommend this apartment and would love to stay again . I’ll give this 10/10 kids surely had a memorable holiday stay in Rome . Stayed 12/24/22-1/4/23.
