Antonio was wonderful. He was there to greet us, help with luggage, check us in, show us on a map the highlights of the area, and to recommend a restaurant close by after our long day of travel. Location is spectacular. The character of the room was great. Would definitely love to come back!

From check-in with Zakir ( who is amazing. Kind, helpful and always in a great mood) the stay was exceptional. Loved my room, clean bathroom, loved a full refrigerator and the location is primo. You’re just down from the Roma Termini which is super helpful. Would stay here again.

Convenience simply perfect

Superbly positioned, close to everything. Meant we could go back and forth between sites and relax at apartment often. Only a six minute walk from stazioni termini but far enough away in a safe and comfortable area.

I got attended as soon as I arrived, the guy at the reception desk is very nice and explained everything to me. Shared kitchen with free coffee and tea. Very safe, the room has its own key. And when I got in the room, it was smelling amazingly! Loved everything!

The property was nice and close to everything. The only thing I don’t like was the nonstop footsteps of the people above the floor of our room. I got migraines for two nights that I can’t sleep with the noise.

This should technically be listed as a hostel not a hotel or suite . It's essentially one large apartment with small rooms inside with bathrooms. The walls are paper thin, very loud. Including the people that live in the apartments above. Insane amount of noise still at midnight. Another guest went into the communal kitchen and made a coffee at 11:30 while I was desperately trying to fall asleep with all the noise coming from above and you could hear everything perfectly. Zero sound proofing. The linens are junk, the towels are junk . One Of the many keys to the many doors to get you into the suite simply just doesn't work .. the host (who was very friendly) warned me of this during the welcome tour. I got back to the suite later that night(travelling alone) and absolutely could not get in with the key. Luckily a lady that lives in the building was coming out of her suite and let me in and said "yeah that key/door situation is terrible " My first night stay of my two night total stay , I checked into another spot and left. Complete waste of money. I was not comfortable there at all. If the other guests are coming home late , partying /chatting etc ... you will get zero rest. Beware

Was convenient for central area of Rome. Property is small, but sufficient for one person. Wifi worked well. Although no laundry, walkable distance to a laundry service which costs 15 euro to have them wash, dry, and fold.
