I had spent the entire day sightseeing after my flight. I had come to the hotel hoping to relax. At first glance, it seemed good. The beds were clean, the room was neat, and the bathroom looked clean. The room itself was small and the walls seemed to be in not the best condition however I did not mind because I only planned to sleep and shower here. Sleeping was fine. However the bathroom was horrible. The water does not keep its temperature and I almost burned myself all week attempting to shower in the volatile water. First it was freezing cold and then burning me. Not only that, but when we showered, the bidet began to leak. The entire bathroom floor flooded. The owner ignored us when we told him about it and proceeded to say that everything was fine even though we had showed him picture evidence. He was extremely rude during these conversations as I tried to explain the struggles we had been going through in the bathroom. The one thing I wanted was a place to sleep and shower, and this is honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and I am not one to usually complain. We should have gotten compensation however he was rude and ignored us. I would never recommend this to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Accommodation standard was very much below expectations, similar to a hostel not a hotel. Description on Expedia said breakfast was included but that was not the case as there were no facilities at the property to make that even possible. Room provided was in the basement, we couldn't reach the windows and the noise of the road didn't let us sleep very much.

Nice place in old building. Comfortable and clean room. Subway and train station with direct connection to the airport is nearby. Also local area provides walking opportunities (parks, catacombs etc) and supermarket & pizza caffes are also available.

A nice little hotel that has very friendly staff

My room was decorated in a tasteful way. The bathroom is small but very nice and clean. I was able to walk to the Hospital St. Giovanni where I needed to go to and I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful old house.

Very frustrating and dissappointing stay.

It was terrible. I had booked the hotel the day I left for my trip and there was not information to say you had to tell them when you are arriving.I could not check my email before arriving four days later. We had to phone the number on the door and waited over an hour for somebody to come open the door for us, after a long day of driving and in a foreign country it felt hopeless. We had to call four times, fortunate people let us borrow their phone, we were promised 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes by the man and then the lady promised 5 minutes before a girl who cannot speak English turns up. Breakesfast was basically a croissant and a hot drink. Be warned.
