APARTAMENTO CON ENCANTO PIAZZA DI SPAGNA / TREVI FOUNTAIN CON VISTAS A QUIRINALE Y G

La casa es muy amplia y cómoda, ideal para familias o grupos de amigos. Este magnífico apartamento se encuentra en el sexto piso, con ascensor, tiene una superficie de 200 metros cuadrados y consta de un gran salón con hermosa vista y balcones, comedor con cocina, 4 dormitorios (tres con camas queen size colchón 190x160cm; una con una cama para una y media (190x120cm) y una cama individual de 190x90cm). Todas las habitaciones están iluminadas por grandes ventanas. Hay un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. Los muebles son lujosos y la casa es única, con una vista maravillosa y muy tranquila. Aire acondicionado, calefacción, acceso a internet wifi gratuito, TV Lcd.
El apartamento está ubicado en un edificio del siglo XIX con entrada desde Viale Due Macelli. La ubicación de la casa es fantástica, justo en el centro, junto a la Plaza de España y la Fontana de Trevi. Spagna y Barberini Metro / Underground están a dos minutos a pie.

Hemos completado la renovación del apartamento en mayo de 2015.

Our group of 6 stayed 3 nights after a Mediterranean cruise. The host was extremely helpful getting our accommodation booked. They assisted with transportation from the ship and to the airport at very reasonable prices. We were able to walk to all the major attractions in the area in 30 minutes or less (except the Vatican). There is a lot going on in the area since it sits between the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. Don’t settle for the tourist trap restaurants nearby. Walk just a little further and find wonderful places to eat and drink. The apartment was perfect for our group. It’s very nice and had everything we needed. We loved the kitchen/living space to recap our days each night. There is a supermarket less than a 5 minute walk for supplies. Allan was really helpful checking in and out. Rome is a chaotic place in the best way possible :)

Our positive experience started immediately after the booking process. Fidia reached out and offered various services and contacts from transportation to/from airport to contacts to help us choose the best tours for our family of 8. The spacious apartment is centrally located in the heart of Rome, walking distance to many major attractions. The large kitchen table and living room easily enabled us all to gather and reflect in our amazing days and plan for the next. The washer and dryer makes packing so much more manageable. The apartment is bright, clean and welcoming. Our hosts Fidia and Alan welcomed us with open arms and were readily available if we needed them. We highly recommend this property.

Fidia and Allan were fabulous to deal with. When we all arrived everyone was nodding their heads up and down saying what a great place I had arranged for our group! The apartment was bright and airy with a great living room with fabulous balconies to take pictures and videos of the streets below. The supermarket was a half block away as well as countless restaurants. The large kitchen table had eight of us gathered around recalling our adventures in this beautiful city. If we were to come back we would want to stay here again.

This spacious modern condominium is conveniently located in short walking distance to the main attractions of Rome. The apartment had all home conveniences including washer and dryer. It was clean and the manager was friendly and very accessible and helpful. The view from the many large windows is outstanding. Perfect Large Flat in the Center of Everything!

When planning a trip to a foreign country and first time VRBO renters, the worst fear is not having information. However, we got everything we needed from Fidia and the team. We were able to book private transportation from/to the airport and also around Rome. The property was perfect for our party of 8 (three couples and two singles) with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. The washer and dryer worked well and made it so we didn’t have to pack as much. Additional information provided before our stay and a copy left at the flat, included list of restaurants and tours. I even requested to have a few bottles of local wine and prosecco for our arrival, which they accommodated. Allan, the property manager, greeted us when we arrived, and provided a thorough tour of the property so that we knew of all the quirks. Additionally, he was always available via messaging in the event that we needed something. The property was large, very clean and centrally located between the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, which made it easy to walk everywhere. Our last night in Rome was celebrated with Chef Leopoldo, the in-home chef service offered by Fidia. He and his service team were incredible. Everyone was sad to leave. I would whole heartedly recommend this location to everyone who is traveling to Rome and needs a larger rental.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Allan met us at the property and explained how things work (which is important because some things work a little differently than in the USA). We had one little issue and it was fixed the same day which is amazing! Great place and would stay again.

We had a wonderful experience in Rome and having a quiet, clean place to come back to was perfect. The property was exactly as listed and photographed. Did not want to leave!! Stunning apartment!

Absolutely loved the apartment, location was close to everything, wonderful restaurants, shopping, Spanish Steps, Trevi. Apartment balconies, natural light from the ceiling to floor windows, comfortable beds, living area was warm and welcoming. I can’t say enough about the apartment. Our host was so accommodating and answered all our questions as we led up to our visit and during. Our check was seamless and easy and was great considering coming off an overnight flight. We would absolutely stay here again! Can’t say enough about this place and the host!
