Adorable...

This house is absolutely adorable. Older home that has been updated but still keeps its character. The owners were great to deal with and always on top of things. They thought of everything. Pool, games, snacks, coffee, creamer, etc. Also I need to note that checkout was an absolute BREEZE, Sometimes it can be a bit much at other places but NOT here. I can't recommend renting from Greg and Beth enough!!!

Home away from Home

I stayed at the cutest little property in Rogers, Arkansas, and it was absolutely wonderful! The house was convenient and so quaint—it had everything I needed and more.The hosts were truly marvelous. They were so kind and thoughtful, which made my stay even better.The house was spotless and so comfy that I honestly didn’t want to leave. It felt like a cozy home away from home.This was definitely one of my top 5 stays ever. If you’re heading to Rogers, I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you so much Greg and Beth

This house is perfect in a convenient location. The backyard and cocktail pool are a nice bonus. The owners are extremely accommodating. Have stayed here before and will again.

Bright and wonderful

Had a lovely Thanksgiving with my Family. the house got stunning light, was very flexible - able to accomidate dinner, games and just enjoying eachother company. House has a lovely flow. no issues at all

Clean and nice and way over priced Loud traffic area not the best neighborhood and the fee to warm the pool is ridiculous considering the nightly rate

Late anniversary weekend

House is exactly as pictured. Pool and backyard set up was amazing! We were in the pool every day. Bed was a little too firm for us, otherwise it would be a 5 star. Owners were great. Definitely worth the money

Close to many cities in NW Arkansas

We are a retired couple who wanted to explore NW Arkansas area and also bike on paved trails. This house is on the small side (2 bedroom 1 bath) but had everything we needed including a kitchen, dining, living area and laundry room. Besides the city of Roger’s, we could easily get to Bella Vista, Bentonville, Fayetteville, and other surrounding towns. The nearby free museums and parks were wonderful to break up the day. The Razorback Paved trail was great for biking in the morning as the afternoons were hot in June. The pool, although small, was a perfect temperature and great for cooling off and relaxing in the fenced backyard. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. Communication with hosts was excellent. We would definitely return if in the area again.

Excellent Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect stay for a little getaway weekend. It was so easy to walk to Downtown Rogers, and we also enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Everything was so clean, and we had exactly what we needed.

Graduation

We stayed here for several nights for my daughters graduation from UARK. The house was adorable, clean, well stocked and in a great location. It was within walking distance to downtown Rogers. The pool was a great feature and was definitely used by my daughters. We also enjoyed sitting around the fire table on the chilly nights. I would definitely book a stay here again. The host was super responsive too.

Bike riders paradise

Even though we did not stay there to ride bikes the house is in a perfect location. The main 15 mile loop is directly behind the house and you are about 3 blocks from historic downtown Rogers whic had nice bars and eating places. The house was absolutely spotless clean with everything labeled for ease of use. Comfortable king bed with 2nd bunk bed bedroom. The pool area is relaxing and well equipped with accessories for enjoyment. We stay at a lot of VRBOs and it is nice to see owners who take such good care of their rental. We would highly recommend this place.

Great Home and Location

We used this home for overflow family at Christmas. It was such a great location to our house and to downtown Rogers. Guests loved the decor especially the Christmas tree. Being able to heat the pool was a big plus. After hanging out with family, they loved having such an oasis to return to and relax. We will definitely use this home again if needed. Owners were wonderful.

The perfect weekend getaway

Besides the perfect communication with the owners, this property allowed me and my fiancé to enjoy every surrounding area. 15 minutes from shopping and the Crystal Bridges Art Museum, it’s safe to say we WILL be back at this house in the future.

The property was amazing. The home had everything we needed and so many extras. The cocktail pool and fire pit table were great amenities to have since the weather was warm during the day and cool in the evening. Absolutely Perfect Oasis!

The stay in Rogers was absolutely perfect! We relaxed by the pool and the downtown area is just a short walk, so there was plenty of food and shopping options. The property was recently renovated and they did an amazing job with it. Very clean and well stocked with household items. We had a couple of questions and the host was super responsive! We will be back as Northwest Arkansas is one of favorite places to get away. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Amazing Stay!

We brought our family of four to stay at this property for the weekend while in town for the Razorback game and it was perfect! The boys loved playing in the pool and backyard. This host thought of EVERYTHING when it comes to hosting a short term rental. We look forward to staying here again soon! I cannot recommend it enough!
