Boulder Springs *Our newly renvoated hot tub retreat!*

Escape to Boulder Springs, a beautifully renovated cabin nestled in the unique and enchanting Cave Hollow community within the Red River Gorge KY.  Cave Hollow is a special development, known for its one-of-a-kind treehouses, domes, and other architectural wonders.  We love to take walks around the neighborhood to discover hidden waterfalls and admire the area's captivating structures.

After a day of exploring the Gorge's wonders or enjoying some of the nearby attractions, it’s time to unwind in our cozy retreat.  Step inside to discover a spacious living area featuring a brand new Malm wood-burning fireplace, perfect for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.  Enjoy movie nights on the 75-inch flat-screen TV with immersive JBL surround sound, or gather around the 8-foot kitchen counter – complete with custom concrete countertops – for games and conversation.  The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new, full-size appliances, making meal preparation a breeze.  Another one of our favorite ways to relax after a day of hiking and exploring is in our hot tub!

The main floor offers a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, conveniently located across from a newly updated full bathroom.  Ascend the stairs (with care!) to the loft, where you'll find a luxurious king-size bed and a convenient half bath.

Outside, make a trek up the hill to our private cave with a swing, listen for the trickle of the natural spring that runs through the property, and gather around the fire pit in the spacious front yard.  Fire up the charcoal grill and enjoy your meals outside at the picnic table.  At night, enjoy the peaceful sounds of the natural spring or gaze up at the stars in the clear night sky.

Boulder Springs' prime location puts you within easy reach of the Red River Gorge's best attractions.  Just moments away you can find the Red River Rock House, an eclectic American cafe.  Within 5 miles, you'll find the Gorge Underground, the Daniel Boone Coffee Shop, and Natural Bridge State Resort Park, home to stunning hiking trails and the iconic Natural Bridge.  Red River Gorge is also a world-renowned location for rock climbing, and hiking.  For those looking for an adrenaline rush, Red River Gorge Zipline is also close by.  For a very unique experience, be sure to check out the Kentucky Reptile Zoo.  And no trip to the gorge is complete without a stop at Miguel's pizza.  Yumm!  Boulder Springs offers the perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and unique neighborhood charm, promising an unforgettable Red River Gorge experience.

Staying in a Red River Gorgeous Cabin is truly a one-of-a-kind experience.  Because all of our hand-built cabins are unique, we wish to inform you of their individual features so you can come prepared to enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Kitchen:  Complete kitchen furnished with custom concrete, an electric range, full refrigerator, toaster, double sink, and microwave.  Cookware, dishware, soap and kitchen towels are also provided.

Living/Dining:  Boulder Springs' living room has a relaxing and creative sitting with a 75" TV with JBL soundsound, leather couch and large windows with a great view of the forest and valley

Technology:  The living room has a TV with JBL Surround Sound.  This cabin does have wifi.

Bathroom:  Full bath with sink, toilet and shower and a second 1/2 bath in the second floor sleeping loft.

Bedroom:  The downstairs bedroom has a full bed and 1 twin sized bunk bed.  Upstairs in the loft is 1 king bed.

Additional Amenities:  Charcoal smoker grill, mini split system with air conditioning, covered porch with furniture, private fire pit and hanging swing in a near by rock cave.

We are happy to host pets at Boulder Springs and ask for an additional $50 (plus tax) non-refundable pet cleaning fee for the first pet.  Any additional pets are $25 (plus tax).

Linens are always provided for this cabin.  We will provide pillows, blankets, bedsheets and bath towels.  We will also provide kitchen towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap.

Firewood is also available upon request.  For $25 we will deliver firewood to your fire pit.  Please be sure to mark on your reservation if you would like firewood delivery.  Please be sure to put out all fires COMPLETELY when you are finished.

Please note that this cabin is on a 3/4 mile, bumpy, sometimes muddy, gravel road.  Some two-wheeled vehicles can make it to the cabin, but four wheel drives have a much easier time.  For this reason we highly recommend a 4 or all wheel drive vehicle!
