Splendid, modern-styled villa located in Roda de Berà, Tarragona. It has its own barbecue area available, as well as a private swimming pool and panoramic views of the coast.

This villa is located in a residential area in the suburbs of Roda de Berà. It takes a 5-minute-walk to get into the town itself, which has all kind of shops and restaurants that offer local gastronomy, suitable for enjoying a meal in family, such as a delicious paella or typical Spanish “Tapas”. If you are looking forward to going to the beach, it takes a 7-minute-trip by car to get to the seafront, a perfect location to sunbathe and practice sea-related activities.

The villa is located 2 km from the nearest town. There is a commercial area with big supermarkets nearby.

If you wish to go around exploring the surroundings, you can get to the Ancient Roman area in Tarragona, located 24 km from the villa (26 minutes by car), but, if you are interested in a more extreme experience, you have the well-known amusement park PortAventura by only taking 40 minutes by car (38 km)

Regarding the distribution of the villa, there is a garage where two cars can be parked just in front of the house. Going upstairs, we get to the area where the first floor is located, with the kitchen and the dining room; both of them have free access to the pool and terrace, and also, the laundry area.

We would consider the second floor to be the “night area”, as there are two bedrooms, one of them with a kingsize bed, and the other one, with two single beds; there is a bathroom with a showerhead too. Both of them have free access to the second-floor terrace. Furthermore, there is a suite room, a beautiful room for two equipped with an hydromassage bathtub and a quiet terrace with amazing views to the coast.

Outside, there is an area especially equipped for children, with a rocking horse and some bikes. We can also find an area for adults, containing a barbecue and a dishwasher for cleaning all the tableware available to use there.

Le gros plus c’est la vue ! mais déception concernant l’équipement de la cuisine (pas de couteau cuisine, pas de grand saladier..), pas de Clim dans 3 chambres sur 4, emplacement pour manger trop loin de la cuisine, absence de coussin sur les bancs, Photos clairement enjolivées. Sinon séjour agréable avec la piscine et grand garage double.

Unas vacaciones formidables
Ya repetimos y no nos ha defraudado. La ubicación, genial; la atención de Iván, de 10 ya que se desvivió por que todo saliera a pedir de boca( tuvimos un problema con el wifi y habia que trabajar, y nos ofreció plan B y C mientras lo arreglaban). Hemos disfrutado una vez mas de una casa limpia, súper cómoda y muy bien ubicada y provista. ¡ 100% recomendable!

Nous avons passés un très bon moment dans cette villa, tout s’est très bien passé. La maison est très agréable et sécurisée, la piscine est top et bien exposée... Quelques détails seraient à revoir : possibilité d’avoir un parasol autour de la piscine, transats avec coussins, coussins pour les bancs sur la terrasse du haut... des détails afin de pouvoir encore plus profiter de l’extérieur et de la superbe vue dégagée. La communication avec Ivan était très bonne... Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances
