What's great about this house is its proximity to the beach and town, fully fenced front yard, privacy on the dead end street, hot tub, and covered porch. I'm constantly trying to improve the experience for my guests and adding and remodeling. Romantic Beach Cabin at the end of a quiet street with forest on two sides. Cabin has been torn down to the studs and rebuilt with top of the line materials. It's not The Four Seasons though, its a quirky beach house with a ton of amenities. Hot tub with Privacy If the hot tub water is dirty,I'll drain it so there is a chance it might not be piping hot the second you get there although it is wired tom 220 volts to heat up quickly), 50 inch Smart TV with Cable, surround sound, Apple TV, and 400mb highest speed internet available. DVD, Stereo with IPOD Hookup, Cork floors, Granite Countertops and snack bar, Under mount Sink, Dishwasher, Microwave, High efficiency front load stackable washer and dryer, Well stocked Kitchen. fire pit, full disclosure that the ceilings in the bedroom are lower and might be a problem for those 6"1” and taller. The main areas are vaulted. Nice clean bathroom with one inch glass tiles from floor to ceiling, shower, tub. It is Jack and Jill style so you have to pass through the bathroom to get to each of the bedrooms, Queen size bed in master. Really small second room with private entrance to the outside and bunk beds and a second TV. These are best for kids although I sleep in there sometimes. The front deck is bounded by 12 foot tall Rhododendrons. You get the morning sun on the front deck. There is a barbecue and a side yard which you share with the deer.. The cabin is at the end of a dead end street and is very private yet it is only two blocks to the beach and the center of Rockaway. Coffee is provided. I supply some coffee and the house has a flat bottom drip coffee maker. Bring briquettes for the Weber BBQ. walk to get espresso, dinner, and sightsee. Excellent for those with kids and pets. Great swimming, fishing, and boating in Lake Lytle which is 2 blocks away. Garibaldi is about 4 miles away with Ocean Fishing access. Manzanita is about 12 miles away. City park two blocks away. Mountain Biking 1/2 mile away. 3 day minimum over holidays.:
There is an additional Tiny House behind this one that is not attached, completely gated, and screened for privacy from the main house. It' for my personal use and is not rented although Im there occasionally. You'll have to leave the side driveway clear so I can drive in and shut the gate behind them. Don’t park at the pizza place. 3 day minimum on Federal Holidays next to a weekend.
If you’re a nervous traveler, have health concerns, don’t like driving in the wind, rain, or snow, are concerned with your health please purchase trip insurance. I can’t afford to provide that service myself for last minute cancellations when it is readily available. It's difficult for me to rebook at the last second.

Prior to guest arrival and 48 hours in advance an email will be sent to each party requiring the following. 1. Confirmation that no person in their party has recently experienced any flu or cold symptoms or had a fever within the last 10 days. 2. No person in their party has been exposed to or interacted with a person who has tested positive for COVID 19 within the last 14 days3. Guests will follow social distancing measures for the duration of their stay 4. Guests acknowledge Tillamook County resident concerns related to increased risk of exposure of COVID-19 in Tillamook County rural communities as we move into summer vacation season and that all guests will make every effort to be good citizens and respectful neighbors during their stay. This includes adhering to the hours of quiet time (10 PM to 7 AM), parking requirements, and contact person response times as outlined in Tillamook County Ordinance #84
