This was an amazing hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The rooms were very clean, large with a lovely view on the deck of the gardens. The breakfast was also worth paying for. We would definitely come back to this hotel again. Best hotel we have stayed in so far during our France visit.

Te duur en slecht avondeten, wel vriendelijk

Dit hotel is compleet overprijsd en verdiend twee sterren, zeker geen drie of vier. De eigenaars zijn wel heel vriendelijk maar het gebouw en vooral het restaurant zijn uitgeleefd ondanks dat de kamers een update kregen. Het avondeten is gewoon slecht en de veel te duur. Het steak was heel taai, niet te snijden en de folie gras was heel matig. Wat wel leuk is: je kan aan het zwembad in een rustige omgeving relaxen. Het is de eerste Keer in jaren da tik een slechte beoordeling schrijf, maar ik kan niet anders hier. Sorry.

Cet hÎtel vendu comme un 4 étoiles est à peine du niveau d'un 3 étoiles. Vétuste, ressemblant plus à un motel qu'à un hÎtel. Une odeur désagréable dans les couloirs, des escaliers en bois vieillissants, des portes battantes génantes pour les valises, pas d'ascenceur etc... Dans la salle de bain une baignoire de taille ridicule.. Séjour heureusement d'une seule nuit. Prix bien trop élevé.

Le personnel a Ă©tĂ© super, rien Ă  redire. L'hĂŽtel est charmant, trĂšs jolie vue depuis le restaurant, situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© de Rocamadour, de grottes ou encore de fermes et fromageries Ă  visiter. Le dĂźner dans le restaurant a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bon. La propretĂ© quant Ă  elle est Ă  revoir. Le sol de la chambre, les toiles d'araignĂ©e dans les parties communes ou mĂȘme sur la porte d'entrĂ©e donnent une impression de laisser aller.

Le cadre de l’hĂŽtel est vraiment extraordinaire et trĂšs dĂ©paysant — un vrai plaisir pour se ressourcer. En revanche, il est Ă©vident que l’établissement souffre d’un manque de personnel. Le personnel en place, bien que professionnel et aimable, Ă©tait clairement dĂ©bordĂ©, notamment au petit dĂ©jeuner oĂč un seul serveur devait tout gĂ©rer. Ce n’est pas une critique envers lui, qui faisait de son mieux, mais plutĂŽt un constat sur une organisation perfectible pour un Ă©tablissement 4 Ă©toiles.

Correcto. Mejorar limpieza.

En general bastante bien aunque tuvimos que limpiar la taza del inodoro, al levantar la tapa estaba manchado de orina. La ducha tarda en salir el agua caliente y hay que tener precauciĂłn de no abrir totalmente el grifo, de lo contrario se sale toda el agua fuera. El desayuno fue abundante y completo.
