Amazing house/location

We stayed in this property for 5 nights. The check-in/out process was seamless. The property was amazingly clean. the location is an easy walk to West End restaurants & shops. We cooked many meals in the house and it had all the kitchen appliances needed. They could use an upgraded coffee pot - that would be my only suggestion. While it is not a beach out front, we were able to get in the water to snorkel and it was the best snorkeling we did on the island. We will definitely be back and would rent this exact property again!.

What a wonderful stay in Roatán!

Having traveled frequently, tired of all inclusives resorts in the usual spots we chose Roatan for this spring break with our 10 year old and enjoyed every single moment. This beautiful home is perfectly located, just a short walk to the fun and laidback West End village. The house is wonderful and equipped with everything we needed. Every detail has been thought of. Upon arrival, our driver took us to the grocery store where we bought all we needed for the week. Once arrived, there is a diving shop right arround the corner, a small grocery store, a variety of restaurants and stores, making fresh fruits and vegetables easy to find in the West End. It’s an enjoyable taxi boat ride away to get to West Bay where the snorkling is the best we have experienced. We also visited star fish alley, the mangroves and other diving sites along the island. Every day we enjoyed coming back to our oasis to swim and relax after an active day in West Bay. The sunsets are simply magnificent, overall a truly memorable vacation. We will definitely go back.

Great house with a short walk to West End!

We loved our house in Roatan. It was exactly how it was described. The kitchen had everything you needed and opened up right to the pool area. We loved the outdoor seating area and the pool had the best view overlooking the water. We really liked the fact that we could walk to West End when we wanted, and other areas were a cab ride away. Best restaurants for us were Junior Patio Pizza (amazing), Pazzos, Gios (must do!) and we really enjoyed Lotus. Matt was great to work with on the check in especially because we had some flight issues. That was a relief. A big thank you to him! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

5 Star Stay in Roatan!

I can't say enough about this house!! Our family of 4 plus two friends stayed at Vivaro Roatan North House July 2019 and had the best vacation! The house was just as beautiful as it looked in the pictures ... modern, open, clean, spacious! The back porch with the private pool was the perfect way to end each day ... enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the ocean. Matt welcomed us as we drove up the first day and was available for assistance the entire trip. Even though we were walking distance to town, we rented mopeds the first day and drove them around town the entire trip. Our teenagers loved that! We did scuba diving, fishing, visited the sloth and monkey farm, ziplining, and exploring the town. We drove to West Bay for the 4th of July and enjoyed the fireworks and live music on the beach. West Bay is more of a resort area, which was nice, but our kids enjoyed West End better because it was more of a little town with more night life. The locals are so friendly. Our kids snorkeled right behind the house (which I was nervous about because the boats cross back and forth very close to the house) and saw plenty of fish and turtles. Blackie cooked us a wonderful lobster and fish dinner at the house one night and we had plenty of left overs for lunch the next day. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone! Thank you Tanya and Matt for helping make our family vacation one to remember!!

Gorgeous home, stunning views and peaceful!

The house and amenities are absolutely top notch! The pool is perfection and the sunsets are out of this world! Perfect location near the fantastic neighborhood of West End, which had everything we needed. Very close to the inexpensive water taxis too. We will definitely be back! A great property for exploring Roatán!

Your home away from home

The property is up to the highest standards. You will feel at home and comfortable. It can accomodate two families with many children. There is a maid and poolguy that keep the property in impecable condition. The location is great, a short walk to west end and the beach. Mark, the manager will help you with reservations and suggestions. Will definitely rent it again.
