NOTE: There is air conditioning in only one of the bedrooms.

Despite only having air conditioning in one bedroom , you will be able to spend your vacations feeling the delicious breeze in this home located on the hill of Turtle Crossing. Enjoy the cool breeze as you relax in the hammock on the terrace, admiring the breathtaking ocean views. The front porch is the ideal place for your outdoor meals, and the community pool, with its own spectacular ocean views, offers you a perfect option for cooling off and relaxing



There is an extra bathroom in the laundry area, perfect for showering after a day at the beach and keeping sand out of the house.



🐶 Your pet is also welcome!

This is a pet friendly property (only small breeds allowed). A non-refundable fee of $150 is applied and you must read and agree the Islaya Pet Policy, please ask us about it.

*Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.

Everything We Were Looking For!

Location, location, location! Myself, my husband & our teenage daughter stayed here for 15 days in June/July 2022. The house is located on the south side of the island with an amazing consistent breeze and outstanding views. It is located in a beautiful, peaceful, small community but you have great access to the busier, noisier part of West Bay with restaurants, bars, that gorgeous beach, dive shops all within a 10 minute walk. There is a trail to get up and over the hill to the beach side; just walk right up behind the house, turn right on the road, then follow the road a very short distance until you come to a set of stairs on the left - those stairs lead right down to the West Bay Mall. Easy peasy - but there is climbing involved ;) The shared pool is large, always clean and we seemingly had it to ourselves all the time. It was like coming home to our own private pool after a morning of diving! Communication with the property management team, One Stop, was absolutely outstanding. They could not have been more helpful and quick to reply. I sincerely thank Michelle and Josh for being so kind and next-level helpful. The house has 2 great decks, lovely hammock, well-appointed kitchen & strong wifi. There is AC in one bedroom only but we didn't even use it. We stayed right on West Bay beach the last time we were in Roatan a few years ago and we couldn't live without AC on that side of the island where there is no wind. The south side is definitely the way to go! Strongly recommend renting a car to explore the island. We had a car rental for the duration of our stay and it was worth every penny. Macro's car rental is an outstanding local company to use! If you're a diver, Bananarama is top-notch. We can't wait to go back and we would certainly stay at this house again. Thank you for all!

Amazing view, nice house

Nice place great view. Cons: Ac in only one room, wouldn't work for a larger group and the bed was pretty small for my wife and I when we needed the ac to sleep Gas grill needs to be replaced didn't work well Upstairs chairs were replaced after one broke with me sitting in it. Pros: Great view really wonderful Functionality good kitchen Very quiet area of lovely homes Very clean place Nice pool again very clean. MGT was responsive to questions and requests. We would stay in your homes again.
