Upon arrival our room was booked to someone else and there were no replacement. My family and I, after travelling all night had to sleep in the car. I would recommend going to a reputable branded hotel. It will be a bit pricey but at least your booking would be honored. Note this was a prepaid reservation and i was still met with disappointment on arrival. I wrote to the hotel on two separate occasions to let them know my time of arrival would be a bit later after the check in window. I dont normally do bad reviews but i would not like any family to face what i had to endure. Finding another hotel was a great challenge as most places were not available.
