Unable to check in due to checkin machine not working (yet again). Had to go to another hotel. TOO MUCH technology.Will never book again with premiere class, not worth the stress or risk.

The room was much smaller than we realized. The bathroom was like an RV bathroom in size. Only got two pillows that may fit a twin bed size. All we needed was to sleep thank goodness, the shower i think would have been too small for us. Breakfast was nice.

Staff does not speak English! Asked for extra towels due to allergies with translator. She refused to give me extra towels. The gate does not open 24 hours. Luckily, someone at the neighbour property came with their truck and we left through that. It was a horrific stay. I would recommend anyone to stay. Staff at hotels and especially close to the border should speak at least 2 languages, which one of them should be English.

Reception times not as advertised, Closed at 2.30pm when we arrived. Auto check in couldn't find my reservation. Had to contact Hotel.com, they eventually found that I could check in from the hotel opposite (Kiriad). Bathroom is very small with its own silverfish !

Bonjour c’est la 3e fois que je dors dans cet hĂŽtel, j’apprĂ©cie le fait qu’il soit juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’autoroute, mĂȘme si les chambres sont exiguĂ«s sans parler de la salle de bain, pour une nuit de passage vu le prix c’est assez. Le petit dĂ©jeuner proposĂ© est parfait, la propretĂ© aussi, le personnel toujours serviable. Cette fois la climatisation de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons pu changer de chambre. Pour cela heureusement que nous sommes arrivĂ©s dans les heures auxquelles il y avait quelqu’un Ă  l’accueil. Sinon pour le reste vous pouvez arriver n’importe quand il y a moyen d’obtenir l’accĂšs, une rĂ©servation ou de payer grĂące Ă  un ordinateur qui se trouve Ă  l’entrĂ©e. Comme d’habitude nous y reviendrons.
