The building has a 24-hour concierge and is located on a tree-lined and quiet street on the block from Copacabana beach, with a direct exit to Avenida Atlântica (the beach street). The location, partly modesty, could not be better, steps from the beach and 3 minutes from the metro station Siqueira Campos, the apartment also has a breathtaking side view of the sea. Shopping is plentiful in the region, and supermarkets and pharmacies can be found less than 100 meters from the apartment.

Not to mention the traditional bars, bars and restaurants that are less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment, among which we can mention the famous Pavao Azul (ask for the cod patanisca), and the Adega Pérola, which in 62 years of existence has never they sold a hot beer, and are a delight for anyone who wants to dive deep into the gastronomic traditions of the neighborhood.

The first bathroom has an excellent hot water shower, a sink counter with a mirror, and is always very clean.

The second bedroom is a suite, very large, also with a beautiful side view, with a comfortable queen bed, a powerful air conditioning, and 2 mattresses that we provide to receive 2 more guests.

The suite's bathroom is large, very clean and a classic that reminds us of the golden days of Copacabana, when the tiles on the floor and walls were still signed by those who had made them.

The kitchen is large and has been recently renovated, with an extensive countertop with 2 sinks, brand new cabinets, a 6-burner Brastemp stove, a new and spacious Eletrolux refrigerator, water filter, coffee maker, blender, washing machine and everything else necessary for to cook.
