Private: garden 900 m2 with lawn 700 m2, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, arbour (30 m2), terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road.
