Vacance en famille
Maison en bord de plage très agréable.Malheureusement, nous avons rencontré de nombreux problèmes suite à un mauvais entretien général de la maison.Fuite au niveau des toilettes, inondations dans la salle de bain, trous sur les coussins du salon ainsi que des fourmis volantes partout dans la buanderie. Communication très difficile avec l'agent qui nous a reçu a notre arrivée. Déçu du service. Il ne nous avait même pas donner les clefs du portail électrique problème car nous voulions absolument rentrer notre véhicule a l'intérieur.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht
Wir sind am 22. 12. angereist und das Haus stand zuvor leer. Alle Kissen, die Couch waren feucht. Wir mussten erstmal einheizen. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Elektrogeräte haben einen Stromausfall verursacht. Wir mussten in der Nacht erstmal nach dem Sicherungskasten suchen, der sich außerhalb an der Garage befand.
Nach einem Tag war Gott sei Dank alles abgetrocknet.
Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, es gibt nur 1 Hauptbad, in dem die Toilette nicht funktionierte, weder Spülung noch läuft es ordentlich ab und Wasser tritt aus und auch die Heizung funktioniert nicht, das Display leuchtet zwar aber die dazugehörige Fernbedienung ist außer Funktion. Ein zweites Bad befindet sich neben der Küche, es ist so winzig, dass man sich kaum drehen kann. Auch hier keine Heizung bzw. ist die Vorhandene defekt und die Duschfugen sind schimmelig, wir haben uns einen kleinen Heizlüfter besorgt, da es in den Bädern sehr kühl war. Dann gibt es noch eine separate Toilette im Schlaftrakt, das Waschbecken dort verliert Wasser am Standfuß und es wackelt -ist nicht richtig befestigt. Die Sitzkissen der Außenbestuhlung sind sehr schmutzig und mit Löchern. Die Loungemöbel sind bequem allerdings nur für 4 Personen und es gibt keinerlei Sonnenliegen. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ein Fußweg davor wird trotz derzeitiger Absperrung trotzdem sehr stark frequentiert.
Zur Küche : Geräumig, allerdings schlecht ausgestattet wir mussten uns Gabeln und Messer kaufen, da für 8 Personen nicht ausreichend Besteck zur Verfügung stand und die Kochmesser total stumpf waren. Die Küchenabluft macht mehr Krach, als dass sie ihre Arbeit macht. Die kleine Sitzecke bei der Küche war ideal für die Frühstücksversorgung unserer Enkelkinder.
Alles in Allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhätnis absolut nicht. Wir können dies als Vielreiser gut beurteilen und hoffen die Eigentümer nehmen sich die Kritik zu Herzen.

Schönes Haus am Meer mit viel Platz und riesigem Garten
Schönes Haus am Meer mit viel Platz und tollem Garten. Ruhig und gemütlich. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Super sauber und gepflegt. Was man wissen muss, ist, dass man nicht die Gartentür aufmacht und dann direkt ans Meer läuft. Die Gezeiten haben hier über die Jahre viel abgetragen, so dass hinterm Zaun eine 2-3 Meter tiefe Abbruchkante kommt. Der Weg an den Strand ist dann eben 3 Minuten länger. Neben dem Haus ist ein Bootsverleih und im Sommer ne Surferbar, wo man dann den sundowner nehmen kann.

La relación calidad/precio no es acorde.
Las fotos de la propiedad no reflejan la situación actual del inmueble.
Como punto positivo, destacar la ubicación, pero la playa no es de las mejores.
El vecino de al lado es un local de alquiler de embarcaciones y el olor a gasoil es muy intenso.
