Great location, provided ample space for all of us. The annex was an additional asset to the property. A few areas could do with a bit of TLC, but overall suited our needs and we would stay again.

Best house we’ve stayed in

We liked everything about this house so much we’ve booked it again for next year. It’s close to one of the Rhosneigr beaches which we like better than the main beach, the garden area is private and comfortable, well set up for cooking etc, plenty of comfortable places to relax indoors. Plenty of parking.

A lovely, comfortable stay enjoyed by all. One small criticism was a slight shortfall in cleanliness when we arrived but overall, a brilliant holiday home.

Great location could do with a bit of TLC

The location of this property cannot be beaten. A short cut through to the high street and less than 5 mins walk to the beautiful Broad Sands. The property itself is large but the layout can make the communal areas feel cramped for bigger groups. It is well equipped with ovens, washing machines and dishwashers etc. The living room is comfortable and the large dining table in the kitchen was great for family meals. Upon arrival we were disappointed to see that the cleaning was not up to usual standards. We called Anglesey Lettings and they were very responsive and helpful. Apparently the owners of this property use a different cleaner however for the price I would have expected a deep clean. Linen and towels smelled damp and the bedding in the annex was old and brown in colour. When we stripped the beds it was clear that they all needed a deep clean. The kitchen also needed a deep clean and the garden was untidy and rubbish had been left.

A lovely stay but some tlc needed

It was a lovely property with a fabulous location but there is some tlc needed. We had to fix a leaky radiator and the kitchen tap also leaked. Someone had also started to decorate so done all the edges of the walls which was a bit random. Overall a lovely property though.

Fab Family Holiday

Always wanted to book a big house for a family holiday and this was perfect. It was by the beach, had all mod cons and was very comfortable . We are going to book it again for next year.

Fantastic holiday cottage close to the beach

We have stayed in lots of properties in rhosneigr and this is up there with the best. Very spacious, enclosed back garden, ample off road car parking which is a rarity here and everything you need for a perfect holiday. The only thing i think that could improve it for me is a nespresso/pod coffee machine, but on the plus side it has everything else, two washer dryers, two dishwashers and even two cafetieres!! We will definitely be returning back.

Great house - outstanding location

Lovely house in the best location - literally minutes from Broad Beach House is huge and so clean and the outdoor space was fantastic Needs a little upgrade on crockery and glasses as there weren’t that many of each and the boiler needs looking at as we had a couple of issues with it but the service was outstanding from the letting company and we had someone looking at it within 30 mins of reporting an issue Would totally recommend

A great holiday home in the heart of Rhosneigr

This house is ideal for two families or multi generational gatherings. It was great for our purposes as we had 8 people-family and friends - attending our son’s wedding in Rhosneigr. We had everything we needed and space for everyone to get ready etc. The weather was perfect too. I would recommend this house for larger gatherings for a traditional seaside holiday and for family and friend catch-ups.

Spacious house

Ideal location, spacious house that with a little more attention to detail and care of cleaning and maintenance could be fantastic. In particular the outside areas need sprucing up and tidying. All said, would recommend this for anyone who needs a space for elderly relatives as the annexe is private whilst still part of the main house. Some of the furnishings also need replacement as the sofa in the kitchen is worn and not comfortable.

Great house in perfect location

A very comfortable and well equipped property in an ideal location to enjoy the attractions in Rhosneigr - convenient for the beach and within a short walk of the eateries and bars in the village. The annexe is as well equipped as the main house and offers that little bit of extra space to chill. Agents were very helpful in responding to two minor maintenance issues on our arrival and resolved the matter with the minimum of fuss. We would definitely return to the area and this property if it was available.

Lovely Family Break

I booked out of the blue for our annual family weekend away. There are 9 of us, aging from 13 - 63 and 2 dogs. The house is beautiful with plenty of space for us all to spread out. The kitchen area was great for getting together to eat and talk about either what we were going to do that day or what we had done. The bedrooms were lovely, especially the master. It is literally a few mins walk to the beach and although the weather wasn't the best, the dogs enjoyed a good run there. I would definitely recommend this property to friends....no need to say family as they were all there and loved it.

A great house and perfect location

A great house. The layout provides lots of space and privacy for extended families. Perfect location for the beach and the town, both being a very short, easy walk. Parking for 3 cars. One criticism, we chose the house for the ground floor apartment as my mum is not very mobile. This has a huge bathroom but a tiny shower cubicle, so tight she struggled to use it and we couldn’t fit in to help her. The log fire was a hit with my teenager in the evening. The kitchen really well equipped. The garden a lovely sun trap. We contacted the letting agent twice and they were helpful and responsive.

Lovely home, a stones throw from the beach

We enjoyed our holiday very much. The home is lovely and comfortable and we had plenty or space for a family of 6 adults, 2 older children and a toddler. Only a stones throw from the long beach of Rhosneigr (not the Rhosneigr beach) and a 10 minute walk along the coast road into the centre of Rhosneigr- so perfect! Only slight issues were that the annexe works on underfloor heating, so took all the time we were there to get the rooms warm as it had been off prior to our arrival. No logs left for guests to use - seemed a bit mean given the rate and the master ensuite grouting needs a bit of attention. Also the highchair had no safety straps on it - so very dangerous! Lovely comfy beds though and the living room sofas very comfy too. Kitchen well equipped and had all we needed. We ate out a lot though!

Needs some TLC

Good location to beach. Annexe dark and dingy with a damp odour, in need of new furniture, it’s kitchen is not fully equipped. Master bedroom en-suite shower leaks water which drips through the kitchen ceiling. Juliet balcony bangs when it’s windy. All the couches are stained and grubby. Although the kitchen is fairly well equipped it was disorganised and there were opened part used perishable foods in a cupboard. All plates and glasses are mismatched, some chipped. Had to wash several items before using. The wall behind the hob full of unsightly grease stains. All appliances had been wiped but everything was left smeared. On opening the bifold doors in the kitchen the area behind the couch was full of dust and dead insects. Every window was filthy inside and out. The blinds albeit good quality were full of dust. The wall to the front of the property was clearly in need of rebuilding. Patios we’re in need of jet washing. This property has huge potential to be a wonderful holiday home but is in serious need of some TLC.

House in a good spot and as there were 5 adults, we had lots of space. Kitchen lacked saucepans/other utensils to cook a meal for 5 but we managed. The microwave was dirty and had to clean before we could use it. Lots of fridge and freezer space. Unfortunately the house was not that clean when we arrived. Including us finding a filled, squashed dog poo bag that was in the garden and had not beenput in the bin. One of the reasons for booking was so my son and girlfriend could have some private space. The Annexe was so damp she had an asthma attack in the night and had to come upstairs to the bunk room so she wasn't that comfortable. It smells badly of damp at the bottom of the stairs and corridor to the kitchen. The TV in the lounge is too small for 5 people to crowd around to watch and as the weather was bad (nothing can be done about that) it wasn't practical for the party. Some furnishings were badly stained. The garage light was on most of the night and with no curtains in the Annexe bedroom, we went out to B&M to buy a dark, lightweight blanket that we could hang at the window. The beach is literally just round the corner and my dogs love it (have previously stayed 3 times at a house down the street) which was good because they won't put a foot in Astro-turf. Garden is very small. The house is surrounded by several other properties,first house on the left as you enter the road hosted a party until gone 2.00am not youngsters.lots of drunken cackling.
