Country villa with garden, private jetty, rowing boat and sauna

The 'Landhaus Rheinsberg' was built around the 19th Century. It is a beautiful summer villa in the old style, with a 2000 m² wild garden. The house can accommodate up to 7 people. Only 80 meters from the house is the enchanted hut canal with its own jetty and a rowing boat. Only a few minutes walk and you are on the bathing beach of the Small Pälitzsee. You can have breakfast on the terrace in the garden, relax in a sun lounger, grill meat or fresh fish from the local waters in the evening and enjoy a glass of red wine under the starry sky. The house has two floors, they have a lot of space and can enjoy the spatial diversity. In the garden there is a table tennis table, for romantic tours you can use the paddle boat.

The proximity to the canal and the lake offers you numerous opportunities for swimming, paddling, rowing and fishing in summer. The forests and meadows invite you to bike tours and extensive hikes. If you like it sporty, you can jog or walk for hours in untouched nature.

Excursions to Stechlin Lake, Rheinsberg, Neuruppin or Neustrelitz offer a welcome cultural change. In Rheinsberg, about 10 km away, a visit to the castle is a cultural must. Open air operas take place in the hedge theater in summer.

Erholung pur!
Wunderschönes Sommerlandhaus und ein verwunschener Garten bildeten die perfekte Grundlage für einen entspannten erholsamen Urlaub, auch bei durchwachsenem Wetter! Großes Sommerhaus
Wir waren im August 2022 mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern in dieser Landhausvilla und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, Garten und Grundstück ebenso. Die Ausstattung ist optimal, wir haben in drei Wochen nichts vermisst. Es gibt eine moderne Sauna in einem kleinen Extragebäude, drei Fahrräder und ein Ruderboot an einem kleinen Privatsteg ca. 200 Meter hinter dem Grundstück. Mobilfunkempfang ist eher nicht vorhanden, aber hauseigenes WLAN. Für Reisende mit Hunden ist das Haus aufgrund des großen Grundstücks ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Für Wassersport aller Art ist die Lage großartig: man kann am Steg SUP-Boards oder Kanus einsetzen, oder man nutzt das vorhandene Boot (wir hatten einen Außenbordmotor im benachbarten Canow ausgeliehen) und ist in wenigen Minuten im Pählitzsee bzw. der Oberen Havelwasserstraße oder (in der anderen Richtung) durch die Schleuse Wolfsbruch in den Rheinsberger Gewässern. Kleinzerlang selbst ist ebenfalls ein hübscher Urlaubsort - es gibt einen Bäcker mit kleinem Warenangebot in fußläufiger Entfernung, 1-2 Restaurants und eine gepflegte Badestelle mit öffentlichem Anleger. Unser Restauranttipp ist der Biberferienhof bzw. das Restaurant Scheune an der Schleuse Diemitz (ca. 5 km vom Haus entfernt, unbedingt vorab reservieren!) In der Umgebung gibt es unzählige Badestellen, die mit Fahrrad oder Boot zu erreichen sind (unsere Empfehlungen: Großer Pählitzsee, Zechliner See, Wummsee und natürlich der Stechlinsee). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Rheinsberg in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin hat uns in allen Belangen äußerst gastfreundlich und unkompliziert betreut. Wir können nur „danke“ sagen für diesen schönen Urlaub und empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter.

Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen
Wir, eine Familie mit zwei größeren Kids, haben uns in diesem sehr geräumigen Haus mit dem tollen Garten sehr wohlgefühlt und wären gern noch länger geblieben. Das Haus hat seinen besonderen Charme und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlte es an Nichts. Sowohl das Haus als auch der Garten laden zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Letzterer ist durch das viele Grün nicht einsehbar und es ist herrlich ruhig. Kleinzerlang selbst ist ein kleiner, angenehm ruhiger Ort mit einer sehr guten Versorgung ( kleiner Lebensmittelladen mit frischen Brötchen und Kuchen, im Sommer auch sonntags). Und von hier aus kann man die Kleinseenplatte mit ihren herrlichen Seen super erkunden. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Vielen Dank für Alles und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Villa mit Charme
Wir haben in Kleinzerlang einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub verbracht und die Zeit in dem gemütlich eingerichteten Haus und dem weitläufigen Garten sehr genossen. Trotz Rekordhitze fand sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen oder eine Badestelle an einem der nahegelegenen Seen. Das Haus ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungsreisen in die umliegende Seenlandschaft und die zahlreichen Tipps der Vermieterin zu Restaurants und Ausflugszielen waren Gold wert. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche war aber auch das selber Kochen kein Problem. Der einzige Wermutstropfen waren etwas zu weiche Betten in einem der oberen Zimmer, aber da sind ja die Geschmäcker auch verschieden... Alles in allem lautet das Fazit: Ein Haus mit Charakter und hohem Erholungswert!

Haus mit Charakter und großem romantischen Garten
Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub im beschaulichen Kleinzerlang verbracht und sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, der Garten ist riesig und jeder findet sein lauschiges Plätzchen. Freude haben uns auch das hauseigene Ruder- und Paddelboot gemacht. Die Betreuung war ausgesprochen herzlich, vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen wieder!
