The property smelled. The room was disgusting and filthy. I had requested a jacuzzi room and it was not even usable. It was falling apart. Could not even stay at property. Had to leave and go somewhere else.

There is only 5 channels on tv to watch. Bathroom smells like sewage.

I recently stayed at your hotel and was completely disgusted by our room. I figured it may be a little run down since you allow smoking so i wasn't surprised by the broken piece off the desk or the obvious plastered holes. Or what i think(hope) was paint splatter across the ceiling. What i didn't expect was may husbands head/hair to get stuck to the head board because it was so sticky. I had to wipe it down and you could still tell there was something on it. I also stepped in a sticky spot on the carpet it felt like goo. Also the light to be broken - I could see the wires. Mold growing on the wall in the bathroom along with what appeared to be snot on the blow-dryer. Also freezer needed defrosted so bad it made the fridge not work. My husband even wiped water up from the night stand only to have dirt come up. Enough to let you know it hasn't been wiped down in a while. I paid 150 to stay in a room that made me desperate to get home so i could shower. Just unacceptable.

The location was convient. The desk clerk was friendly and professional. There were several isues with our room. A broken chair they replaced it Batteries missing from the remote they replaced them The smoke alarm had issues The carpet was dirty The fring and microwave were on a wheel-cart and nearly fell over when I opened the door. The room needed dusting, mirriors were dirty. The bed was horrible. The springs were broken and it sagged to the middle. Overall, We would not stay again.

When I checked in at 3:00 pm they gave me a room that was not cleaned yet. After waiting 30 minutes they finally gave me another room. Then at 9 in the morning there was a fire, I grabbed all my stuff, I left and never went back to hotel.I am hoping travelocity can do something to refund my money. Thank you Mario DiLillo
