The staff is great, very welcoming and friendly. Michael gave us the information we needed to enjoy our visit to Rethymno. The Hotel provides great recommendations, very clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast in the morning. Parking on the street can be difficult but the location and this hotel is worth the effort. I highly recommend the Menta City Boutique Hotel.

We had the most amazing time at this hotel. Not because the hotel was very tastefully put together and the amenities were ideal, but because the staff here put so much effort into us enjoying our stay. Great hotel in the centre of Rethymno. A short walk into the old town. Lovely room, we were upgraded to a larger room with balcony that got the sun well into the evening. The pool area was lovely. Buffet breakfast was probably more suited to guests with no special dietary requirements but thats only a small negative.Mikalis was super helpful thank you!

This is an excellent hotel located within walking distance of city center. We had a party of three, so we received a two room suite, which was excellent. The breakfast was great - had plenty of choices. The suite had a balcony which was a nice place to relax in the morning or evening. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

This was an excellent stay. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful they made a huge impact on our trip. Every day they went out of their way to make recommendations, arrange services, answer all questions, and they always checked in when we returned and asked how our day was. The breakfast buffet is incredible, so delicious and the view from the roof where breakfast is served is spectacular. The property was clean, comfortable, and we always had everything we needed — and we were made to feel comfortable enough to ask for anything we wanted. I could not recommend this property with greater enthusiasm.

I spent 2 nights at Menta City hotel with my husband and 2 teenage children in Aug 2024. Our room was clean and spacious. The roof top breakfast was delicious, with stunning views. The walk to the old town was around 15 minutes. We loved the restaurants and browsing the many shops.
