Loud hotel

This was a very loud hotel. Children running up and down the hall and a very loud walker above us. We had asked to be moved to another room but was told that the hotel was fully booked. The mattress felt like it was 20 years old and very uncomfortable. The Fitness Center was nice and the breakfast had many options.

Sticky floors.

Room 309. The bed was so comfortable. But the carpet was dirty and sticky, and the room smelled like spoiled milk. The pool was green, so we didnt feel like going for a swim.

The hotel was VERY CLEAN and they offer cleaning services daily. The room I stayed in was BEAUTIFUL overlooking the skyline. It was an amazing moment to stay there. There was great air conditioning, access to the pool, 24 hour gym, and breakfast every morning.

Hotel was fine. Customer service was awful. I was at an event when someone called me about my card not working (it had expired). It was too loud to take a call at my event. I had to leave the even THREE times to get it taken care of. I told the person “this happened at our last hotel and they called and said no problem, we’ll get the card when you get here”. After wasting my time and taking me out of the event multiple times, he said “I could have done that.” BUT HE NEVER OFFERED THAT OPTION. Also. He said I needed to tell him when we would arrive. Well, as I had told him MULTIPLE times, I was at an event! An event I had traveled all the way across the country for. He could have made it easy, but he went out of his way to make it difficult.

This hotel was good, easily accessible from the freeway with food options around. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Room was clean and quiet, however the beds were quite hard for both of the adults. I wouldn’t have wanted to sleep there more than one night.
