I booked this hotel for the Rehoboth Marathon. I couldn't sleep because there was a party going on in the ballroom which was directly below my room so the subs were shaking my room until 9:30 when i needed to wake up at 4am. There should be some sort of notice when booking that these rooms may be excessively loud until a certain time. Second issue, I called to ask for a late check out of noon, I confirmed this when checking in and the front desk told me they'd make a note for cleaning staff. Well at 11:11am cleaning staff entered my room while i was getting my things together, luckily I was already out of the shower. Third. The restaurant is not family friendly and not equipped to handle young children as it took them excessively long for service and to try to find a high chair while my wife is attempting to keep our toddler calm. The food was far too expensive for the service and quality.

The room was so clean and nice. Driving distance to everything. There are so many outlets and restaurants to eat from near by. The whole hotels it’s clean with very good amenities. That we used to the full potential, pool, hot tub and the bar downstairs.

Excellent stay so far!! From my telephone call with Ms. Jody answering my questions about the property to check in (didn't get the gentleman's name) has been a 10/10! The property is in a convenient location. You have the Tanger outlets, Walmart, the boardwalk, downtown Lewes, etc!! There's something for everyone in the family. The room has a modern style that I LOVE. The restaurant, 24 hour game room and fitness center are more perks. the free beverage also was a great touch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It's November 2025. The hotel has been open for 1.5 year everything is pretty much brand knew, but excellent! No noises in the hallways at night. You can rest well. Nice view, close to outlets, restaurants and amenities. I guess in summer should be a good place to stay.

The location was very poor. Not near the beach at all. Huge excavation/construction immediately adjacent. Pool still under construction. The pictures on the Expedia website totally misrepresent the poor quality of the building and location. We ended up forfeiting our deposit and going to a better hotel.
