The breakfast was excellent, the beds comfortable and the location is grear. The only issue we had was a the jacuzzi could have been cleaned a bit better and there was a hair in the shower.

My room was spacious and clean. The King bed was very comfortable and the television was large and easy to use. The room was fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All the staff, including the check-in counter the wonderful lady who ran the breakfast to the cleaning staff, made it a great stay. The room was exactly what I needed and was kept clean and I had plenty of room. You know with the price there are going to be some challenges. It is an older property and it is away from the trendier parts of Red Deer. . So I would just summarize that I would stay here again in a heartbeat as the parts of the hotel that staff and management have control over are well taken care of and I really enjoyed my steak.

Staff are so friendly! Even the house keeping staff greet you in the hallways and the breakfast staff are incredible! Breakfast is great, wide variety hot breakfast.

The room that should have never been!!!

The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. And the carpet was so stained it gave the room a dirty feel. Not impressed at all. I would be embarrassed if I were the owner/operator. The sink didn’t drain properly. The shower was great. The pillows were way too hard. I have a sore neck.
