The bed was very comfortable and the motel was close to all that we wanted to see. The motel does not have an elevator but they are renovating so it will eventually have one. It was difficult for us to be on the second floor due to mobility issues but the young man at the desk carried our suitcases up the stairs for us. The breakfast was very good and the atmosphere of the motel was nice.

Don't arrive early and expect to be greeted by welcoming front desk staff. The individual wouldn't bother to look up from his computer to tell me "Check-in's at 3." There is no elevator, so be prepared to schlep your luggage to the second floor. The vending machine was out of order and there was no one at the front desk when I needed to check out at 4:30 am. Also, while the property lists a shuttle service as an amenity, there is no shuttle. You have to call and arrange for one at your own expense. Once you call, they tell you to make your arrangements online. The online reviews are poor, so I ended up using Uber to get to the airport. The room was clean and tidy, but the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced.

Our cleaning lady was amazing. Loved her. I wish there was more to the breakfast instead instead of just waffles and pastries, scrambled eggs or hard boiled eggs would’ve been great.

We didn’t get the room we booked a week and a half prior to arrival, at hotel the told us our room was already booked out to other people and put us into a double queen. The hot tub in the pool area wasn’t even available and the pool was disgusting. Hardly had any breakfast options just waffles and some bread products and the coffee was cold.

The carpet in room 136 was NASTY. It is time to replace it. The room was poorly cleaned too. Very dated. The front desk person was very nice though. It sounded like we had elephants walking around overhead.

Paid on line, front desk guy said cash deposit only didnt let me check in. I walked to my car went back in a different guy was there he let use a card. Awful. Still no refund.

The photos on the website are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the place. It was not worth the money. I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone.

We checked out a day early, told them on the days we checked in we were leaving a day early and they said no problem. We had they room for 4 nights. They said to tell them at the front desk and we would be credited back the night We had 2 rooms. We got the run around both times at the front desk and I was hung up on 4 times from expedia empoyees. l WILL NEVER BOOK WITH EXPEDIA OR STAY AT ANOTHER DAYS INN AGAIN.
