Das Essen im Restaurant war mittelmäßig und der Service sowohl im Restaurant wie auch an der Rezeption bizarr, um es einmal so auszudrücken. Und das hat nichts mit der Sprachbarriere zu tun und auch nicht damit, dass zeitgleich hunderte Jugendliche und Kinder anlässlich einer nationalen Schach-Endausscheidung im Hotel waren, die mich nicht im Geringsten gestört haben.

Vol d'objet en chambre sans réactions - LAMENTABLE

Two nights in that hotel that I know for many years but some personal things stolen during the day and no reactions from management. UNACCEPTABLE Deux nuits dans cet hotel que je connais depuis des années mais des objets personnels volés pendant la journée et aucune réactions du management. Suivant mon checkout, j'ai même l'impression que c'est de ma faute. LAMENTABLE.

Llegamos de madrugada , nos dieron dos habitaciones sin agua y una con los caños de la bañera afuera. Y no funcionaba la calefacción. Al día siguiente nos mudamos a otra habitación. Dónde también debieron hacer funicular calefacción

Me gustó lo moderno y cómodo del hotel y la atención del personal. Lo negativo es el acceso a ascensores compartido con público general, al igual que estacionamientos que no son exclusivos del hotel, por lo que debí en varias oportunidades tener que esperar tiempo valioso para poder estacionar.

Moderno y muy buenas instalaciones

Muy buen hotel, modernas instalaciones. El detalle que no me agrada es que no tienen room service, tampoco frigobar disponible en habitación (hay que bajar a la recepción para comprar)... El desayuno podria mejorar con mas variedades. Pero nada grave. Lo recomiendo igual de todas maneras!!!

La ventana de la pieza estaba callada con un tornillo y el aire acondicionado no fue capaz de mantener un ambiente agradable. La alfombra del comedor estaba manchada en varios lugares.

La habitación muy cómoda, limpieza impecable. Atención del personal excelente, lo mismo su restaurante. Falla en el mantenimiento. Tuve problemas con el aire acondicionado, se humedeció el piso cercano artefacto del aire acondicionado, y se podía ver que ya está teniendo problemas de humedad en las paredes (o sea no es primera vez que ocurre y no han solucionado el problema. En el escritorio la lámpara estaba sin ampolleta, y nos pusieron de esas ampolletas antiguas que producen calor y casi no existe en el mercado. La ducha está puesta a altura bastante baja, así que una persona de 1.75 o más tendrá incomodidades para ducharse. Por otro lado los ganchos para colgar las toallas en la ducha están altísimos.

Very nice comfortable hotel.

When we arrived in our room, the air conditioning was not working and the room was very hot. I called the front desk and someone came right away and fixed the problem. The people à the reception were very friendly and helpful. With my limited Spanish and their limited English, we got along beautifully!

Übernachtung mit Anden Aussicht

Wir sind abends in diese Stadt angekommen bevor wir in die Anden fahren wollten und haben kurzfristig dieses Hotel gebucht. Es war so ziemlich das einzige gute Hotel in der Umgebung welches frei war. Wir übernachtenten nur einemal und es war auch nichts daran auszusetzen. Es hatte noch ein Einkaufzentrum im Gebäude und in der Umgebung welche jedoch bald schliessten. Das Personal war freundlich, leider konnte es nur gebrochen englisch sprechen, besser natürliuch in spanisch. Nachdem wir eine ruhige Nacht und die Batterien geladen hatten machten wir unser Einkäufe und reisten danach ab. Es war ok dort zu übernachten. Very modern and convenient located near a grocery store and mall. We stayed 3 days and enjoyed it very much. Although breakfast is open until 11 am they have a tendency to close it down early like 10:30, besides that great.
