We arrived at 330pm and had to wait an hour for our room to be ready. We have had this booked for months but the hotel was not prepared for the amount of guest attending a concert at a nearby venue. Poor planning and no staff to ensure the rooms were ready for guests.

I loved the location but most of all I loved the manager!! Dawn Lawrence made our stay over the top! Because of Dawn, I'll be back at this specific location.

Very nice comfortable hotel and friendly staff.

They were able to accomodate my early check-in request. The lobby and the room were clean. The room was quiet; the was comfortable. If I have to stay at a hotel in Raleigh again, I would definitely stay there.
