This is the secind time I visited North Carolina and the second time at this hotel. I love it here. The rooms are huge and are white glove clean. The tub sparkles. The front desk associates are extremely friendly and Joshua was full of knowledge of places to eat and nightlife around town.There is a free buffet breakfast as well.

When I say I love the staff members who went above & beyond for my stay ! The manager Catrina was AMAZING ! Paul had amazing hospitality when I checked in around midnight, Cat was phenomenal at the bar & I can’t forget about Emily who was also excellent!

Great place to stay!

This was a great experience for me. I told Catrina that whenever I visit Raleigh again, I will definitely stay there. She was warm, friendly and informative. My niece and I very much enjoyed our interaction with her and some of the team. We had a little hiccup with the room cleanliness, but it was resolved very quickly.
