I rented the room for my Mama for Mothers Day. She drove from another state and it was late night when she checked in. When she pulled the covers back, there was a ponytail holder in the bed. Gross! I phoned the manager the next morning and she said she was on the way up to see it, but my Mother wasn't awake nor did I want to wake her up on Mothers Day morning. The manager said that she would refund expedia and it was up to them to refund me because I booked through them. The room was $223 and I was not satisfied. I have not seen evidence that expedia was refunded nor have I received a refund.

A pleasant stay, but needs a mattress upgrade.

The hotel was in good condition. My biggest concern was the bed mattress was not very comfortable. Otherwise we stayed there three nights and it was a pleasant stay.
