This was by far the nicest and best customer service and most convenient hotel. I was super impressed by the room and the overall experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone if they like luxury.

The customer service was great. I traveled from down south to attend a event, and when I tell you the stay was very nice from the amenities to the room itself! The only thing that was disappointing, there was no free breakfast. It required some sort of voucher that we had no clue about.

The rooms are immaculate. The staff is cordial and extremely accommodating. The amenities are more than adequate for any traveler. Breakfast, though not included, was absolutely amazing. The restaurant staff, especially Becky, just seemed happy to help and went and above and beyond her job description. Of all the hotels on the strip of road that leads to the Hilton, this one made us feel like royalty. We stayed the night after seeing a concert at Lenovo. We weren't quite ready to go to bed so we decided to hang out on the terrace to the side of the lobby. Wonderful fire pit (table), comfortable chairs, and just a great relaxing atmosphere with a almost beach-like breeze. 10/10 will stay again.
