What a lovely location. Las Palmas is delightful and the hotel is definitely in the best spot. The staff were all great, especially the cleaner who was adorable. We didn’t eat there as we prefer to sample local restaurants so unable to comment on that.

Dinner buffet does not include drinks and is not 'exceptional' but does have decent variety and does rotate a limited subset of stations so may cover basic needs of most people. Room was 'surface clean' but definitely not spotless...

Great location right on the beach, attentive staff, nice pool area and a pool big enough to actually swim/exercise, great views from the room balconies! I didn’t try and of the food options at the hotel but earlier experience at the samd hotel is that the breakfast is good, except proper bread.

Nice hotel in best location

Hotel was right on the beach with shops, restaurants and bathing just meters away. Comfort and service were the best. Pool could have been open later than 6 in the evening. Breakfast meal was good with a lot of variations but we had a few minutes of queing and it was a bit noisy. We can recommend hotel Cristina.
