We had a wonderful stay at Ibis hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, even the coffee machine made excellent cappuccinos. When the weather turned cold in the evenings, we asked the reception to unlock the thermostat so we could turn off the heating. They mentioned it wasn’t possible but kindly provided us with a portable heater instead, which worked perfectly. The only issue we experienced was that my friend’s pajamas went missing from the bed. We informed reception, and they later explained that the housekeeping staff had taken them to be washed and that they were found. However, since this happened on our last night, we had already checked out and couldn’t retrieve them. It was a bit strange and unexpected from a hotel that otherwise provided such professional and attentive service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, but we hope they review their housekeeping procedures to avoid similar incidents in the future.
