The location is close to walk to the centro. The room is good size, comfortable bed and upkeep of the hotel is very good. Friendly staff. For the price however, one would expect to have kleenex, hair conditioner and notepad and pencil in the room, 2 of which were provided upon request- a packet of kleenex and notepad but no pen. Comparing this hotel to La Fierenza in price, a little less than the Sol Y Fiesta, makes one wonder why it is so expensive. The pool is good for families and all rooms have balconies. But I do think it is over priced when comparing the bathrooms of the 2 hotels and the grounds.

Cozy charming place but some unpleasant staff

Hotel itself is OK and has very charming point. location wise is quite good. However, The room that I booked from the online and the room that they gave me when I arrive was different. The staff cannot speak English and some of the staff was very rude. I had to pay extra money for the room that I booked online. The room was quite cold at night in the winter season and not that clean. I wouldn't go there again.

Beautiful hotel

This is a beautiful hotel that is well maintained. It is very cozy and offers suites as well as standard rooms. All rooms overlook the swimming pool. The hotel has a lot of charm and character. The rooms that are street side are a little noisy. The rooms that give to the inside of the hotel (near the pool) are very quiet. There is an on-site restaurant, with basic but good traditional Mexican food. The central plaza is a short 10 min walk, through the beautiful little town.

No había mucho personal para atendernos, el lugar está bonito y tiene buena hubicacion, pero no nos ayudaron con las maletas, el servicio de restaurante estaba disponible hasta las 5pm y habia trabajadores haciendo reparaciones desde temprano.

En general las instalaciones bien, solo me decepcionó la limpieza del sanitario y las condiciones de los blancos que colocan en las habitaciones, toallas de baño y sábanas, así como toallas de alberca muy deteriodadas con hoyos.

El estilo rustico es bonito.
