This one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is situated at the Residence Du Lac, a boutique apartment complex on the shores of Lake Wakatipu. The recently completed Residence is architecturally designed with a modern construction and east-facing windows to maximise the sun and the views.



Sliding glass doors open out both the living area and the bedroom to a balcony with stunning views across Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables mountain range and Peninsula Hill. Complete with a BBQ, the balcony is perfect for a romantic meal and a glass of local wine whilst watching the sun set behind the mountains.



The bedroom has a comfortable Queen-sized bed and sliding doors opening out onto the balcony and the living area. The living area has modern, colourful décor, a wide-screen TV and is heated with a heat pump and wall heater making it cosy and warm in the cooler months. The kitchen boasts all the mod cons including a Nespresso coffee machine.



The Residence has direct access to the lake and easy access to the Frankton walking track, an easy lakeside path which leads to the Queenstown Gardens and CBD. From the walking track, a number of great walking and biking trails are accessible. If driving, Queenstown CBD is just a five-minute drive away, offering a range of great dining and entertainment options. The airport is a five-minute drive away, the Remarkables is 40 minutes away and Coronet Peak ski area is less than half-an-hour
