This hotel is located close to Old Quebec city and Montmorency Falls by car. Parking is included which you do not find with the downtown hotels. Room was spacious, clean and modern and located in a separate building as the front desk. Our only complaint was that the shower only had warm water even at the hottest setting, and this wasn't really warm enough for an enjoyable shower. Also would be nice to provide a few more Keurig pods, we only received 2 and we were staying 2 nights (2 per day would have been good).

Spa services were not available, tv didn’t work, coffee machine stopped working half way through our stay, the staff was not nice, we wrote to the owner to informe her she said she would get back to us but turns out she was uninterested. This was the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. Do not go.

We stayed there Jan 2 & 3 because we wanted to take advantage of the spa while visiting Vieux Quebec. Unfortunately, the spa was closed on both those days. The place was a short 10 minute drive to Vieux Quebec. Room was clean and there was complimentary parking .
