This unit seemed to have been unused for quite a while. Front steps were crooked and dangerous. Patio door didn’t close or lock. Bathroom smelled moldy. Dining table was dusty and placemats were dirty as was one of the bed covers. Tv and toaster didn’t work. Called to complain, asked for a callback to discuss and received a text 7 hours later asking what the problem was. Sent a detailed text with photos and got a callback 5 days later.

Extended Ski Weekend

We stayed as a group of 4 friends for an extended ski weekend - Friday to Tuesday. This condo fit what we were looking for perfectly. We were happy to find a condo with direct access to Mont Sainte-Anne where we could relax and AprĂšs-ski as soon as we were done skiing for the day. The kitchen had all the amenities and utensils which was very important to us for our daily needs and our big in condo breakfasts and dinners. Thanks for the use of your condo and contributing to our great Quebec getaway.

Great stay for families!

We had 2 families staying for 3 nights. We had 3 babies and 1 kid as well. The place was super clean and has all the facilities. The manager is prompt in replies as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Quebec City and around.

Cette hĂ©bergement a rĂ©pondu Ă  nos critĂšres pour la proximitĂ© des pistes de skis. Toutefois, pour avoir sĂ©journĂ© dans d’autres Ă©tablissement Ă  Ste-Anne celui-ci commence Ă  ĂȘtre dĂ» pour certaine amĂ©lioration et un peu d’amour. Nous y avons sĂ©journĂ© fin janvier et nous avons eu froid tout le long de notre sĂ©jour. Le chalet est mal isolĂ©, et les planchers de cĂ©ramique sont trĂšs froid. Nous avons allumĂ© le poĂȘle au bois une seul soirĂ©e, car sinon impossible de dormir Ă  l’étage c’était beaucoup trop chaud. Le tĂ©lĂ©viseur ne fonctionnait pas. Aucun, jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© mĂȘme pas un jeu de carte. Le four n’a qu’une grille impossible de faire cuire deux plats en mĂȘme temps. Le patio Ă©tait remplis de neige donc aucune accĂšs au bbq qui ne semblais pas fonctionnelle. Aucune couverture en surplus pour les lits. Bref, nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçu de notre expĂ©rience. Pour le mĂȘme prix nous avons eu mieux ailleurs Ă  Ste-Anne. Les seul avantages, le ski in ski out et la possibilitĂ© d’apporter notre chien.
