Road to Villasimius seaside villa with garden and Jacuzzi
Completely renovated in 2013, independent with large garden and parking space.
The house is located 200 meters from the sea and 18 km from Cagliari, on the road to Villasimius and close to the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. Nearby there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, post office, tobacconist and office for renting inflatable boats and sailing boats.
The accommodation, carefully furnished, consists of a large living room with dining area-kitchenette, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower. In the lounge there is also a comfortable sofa bed with a French double bed.
The same apartment also has a terrace of about 10 square meters that overlooks the garden and from which you can admire a beautiful landscape, in an atmosphere of peace and absolute tranquility. This panoramic terrace is ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite television (28 ''), Wi-Fi, microwave, iron and hairdryer. Detailed information on the most suggestive sites in the area will be provided by the owners upon arrival.
The swimming pool is open only in the summer period, from June 1st to September 30th, and its use, only for the guests of the house, is shared with the owners and subject to timetables. In winter, central heating is charged separately and payment is made on the spot.
A baby bed and a stroller are also available.

Un séjour inoubliable
Cette location etait parfaite , nous y avons pu ranger nos affaires facilement. C'était le séjour parfait pour la Sardaigne 👌. Le gérant immobilier était très sympathique 👍. Les lits étaient très bien et confortable . La salle de bain sans souci. Cette petite maison a vraiment été un grand plaisir 🏡. Signé Nina, 8 ans
