The property itself is fantastic. Great location inside the gates at punta mita, access to golf and other resort amenities (including beach clubs), and we liked that it’s very close to town if you want to go to shops or dining outside the gates.For us, there were some challenging logistics as we traveled with our 5 children (the youngest being 5 months). You really need a golf cart to enjoy punta mita and this property does not come with one. I found it very stressful to have to deal with that (the concierge helps set it up, but we still had to pay the rental company directly in cash). Also, the property has these cobblestone roads leading in which make it much harder to take the baby for a walk in a stroller safely. Finally, there were additional services we took advantage of that required cash payment. For us, withdrawing cash is an added task that just makes life more complicated when traveling with children. This was a surprise since every other property we’ve rented in Punta Mita and Cabo preferred electronic payment. Also, we went to 5 different ATMs and only one worked.Overall we loved the property and found the concierge very useful but I think it’s important to be aware of these things if you’re traveling with young kids or a large group and already feeling stressed about the logistics.
