The staff were very friendly and it was a beautiful location but the room had multiple cockroaches, the food tasted terrible. It was very hard to book a reservation at the restaurants. The wii fi barely worked and I got very sick with diarrhea and vomiting every 30 min going on day 5 now.

Property is huge. Depending on where you stay you will have to take the tram around the property. If you stay at the family club it’s like a 30-45 min walk to the beach if you don’t take the tram. Trams depending on the time of day you have to fight to get on. Once you check in be prepared to get told you get a free gift. This is a timeshare presentation. They say it’s not just upgrades of what they can offer cheaper. It’s not, you will lose 2 hours of your day. You get bracelets as your keycard which is convenient and doesn’t become deactivated as easily or lost. Food was not it at any of the buffets, no one seats you. You have to fight for a spot or claim a dirty one, staff are fast at cleaning up, not as attentive as refilling drinks I’ll just leave it there. Restaurants that you make reservations for are better and they work hard and understand most people tip on great service while the buffet may not know or could care less. They aren’t as attentive as other well established places like Mexico and tons of tourists. The bars here are okay. Well known drinks they don’t know about or have the items to make. The vibe is not high or upbeat. They have daily activities that I have yet to see happen. Maintenance staff around the property area on point and well maintained. Housekeeping was awesome as well, although we had the person that replace towels that housekeeping doesn’t change out come knocking at 930, not the greatest time when you have kids sleeping.

Food was subpar if you could ever get your hands on some. Lines were long for food trucks by main pool area which was full of people. Rooms were nice but we repeatedly had to ask for them to restock mini fridge. Pillows sucked. They were always running out of food. At one point we went to the 24 hour pub for food and my kids ordered chicken nuggets and fries…they each received 3 of the smallest nuggets I’ve ever seen. They lacked the proper staffing to tend to the ratio of people staying there. Main buffet was brutal and the food was awful. Smaller buffet near kids area was much more doable and somewhat fresher. Animals around the resort were fun to watch. Ecological path was a lovely part which we frequented daily.
