Bathroom shower ceiling was dripping water and about to collapse. There was no free room service when we got there. When I booked they had offered free room service. Bed was hard, tv was gona fall off the wall, and our ac broke for a night and half a day until it started to work again. The restaurant food was 2 out of 10. Most food came out cold and the ribs were hard a heck. I will not be returning to this resort.

The Hotel installations are very good and nice. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable. Ricardo Sanchez was very helpful and friendly, and always checked if we needed something. The bad thing is the availability of the hotel to have drinks available, Open bars, and tower availability. First time visiting the Dominican Republic. Maybe because it was off-season not enough activities at the resort. The dinners at the on site restaurants were good but portions are very small but tasty. Helpful front desk staff. The buffet was excellent for breakfast lunch and dinner. Room air-conditioning was perfect. In my opinion way too much soliciting for timeshares and vendors on the beach were nonstop.

This place is a solid choice if you are visiting Punta Cana. It's not perfect, but you can tell that the staff are doing their absolute best in most cases. The biggest area of improvement would just be in dining. Food is okay but rarely did it amaze me, and this is the one specific area where staff could improve service. You get a lot of value for what you are paying, and the property is gorgeous! Also booking on Expedia comes with some added perks that aren't disclosed for some reason, so if you are going to book this hotel, this website might be the best place to book it.
