The staff was amazing and very helpful. Rooms were clean and well stocked with beverages and toiletries. The food was amazing especially for an all inclusive. Would highly recommend and will be coming back!!!!

Great entertainment! Maria, Pablo and Pubaloo were all great! A-la-carte restaurants really made the difference in a varied offer of food. The brazilian steakhouse and Don Pablo were definitely a favorite.

The entire resort was great! The room was nice, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the food and drink selection was very diverse. The grounds and resort generally are gorgeous. About the only thing I was not thrilled with was the pools and swim-up bars closing at 6pm, but I imagine there is a liability reason for that. Plenty of other things to do to relax though, and other bars remain open. Will always remember my visit to this resort fondly.

The room was great. The staff was amazing everyone from front to back was so engaging and polite. The resort was beautiful the entertainment was spectacular the food was great if you're into food, my sister is a very picky eater so she didn't try much, I at least try it. What I did eat was great. My only down was the beach, I was expecting beautiful blue clear water, it was not. But a great time anyway. Thank you

Expedia memebers must be aware that a close river afect the sea water. I paid 10 nights and left the second day as per their recomendation in order to get 9 nights refund...now they reject to do it.

Recently renovated. Food was delicious at both the buffet meal slots and the restaurants. 24/7 free room service made the stay even easier if coming back late. Good place to start day adventures from to get a feel for the energy of DR.

Was supposed to be a Deluxe Junior oceanfront suite with king bed, no king, 2 full size, couldn’t see the ocean, shower was partially broken, no hot water, & the bleach smell was overwhelming. They moved us to a king poolside room which was better but the mattress was like sleeping on railroad ballast. The shower door leaked onto the floor making it extremely slippery. The patio door handle/lock was broken, 2nd locking mechanism worked but looked like the door was broken into. The biggest disappointment was making reservations at the specialty restaurants. All the reservations were taken except some that were after 2100-2130 or there was a cancellation, which we had at 1830 one time in 7 days. Even more disappointing was when we went to see in person at the restaurants if we could get in on a cancellation more than 1/2 -2/3’s of the restaurant had empty tables with tons of servers standing around doing nothing. There were designated smoking areas but seemed like it was designated everywhere, even on the room balconies. For an adults only resort they should mention that there are no elevators, would say the majority of people were over 60.

Our stay at this resort was truly amazing. The rooms were spotless, and every member of the staff was professional, courteous, and welcoming. From the front desk to housekeeping, bartenders, servers, and the entertainment team, everyone made us feel valued and appreciated throughout our stay. A special thank you to Pablo, Waster, Omar, Marielys for their exceptional service and hospitality. The restaurants were outstanding, the pools were clean and spacious, and there was always something to do. Whenever we needed assistance or recommendations, the staff went above and beyond to help. We absolutely plan on returning. This resort felt like home, and we have no complaints whatsoever.

Room was nice. Most of the staff was friendly. Some were not as friendly. Room service food was very simple in choices. Pool closed at 6 pm and no hot tubs anywhere! That was a big bummer. Everything else was fine but nightly events are better in Cancun.
