The beach was fantastic and we had easy access! The staff are very friendly and quick to assist, the food was above average, there was nightly entertainment as well as a fitness center and spa. We loved that this was an all inclusive location with multiple options.

Great very clean beach, all bungalows close to beach and pool as well as to main lobby, no long walks. Very clean property. Food service good, although too much salt in almost all meats and fish. Overall very pleased with my stay.

Excellent service and accommodations. The food was great, staff were very friendly and accommodating, spa services were excellent and the ocean view from our room was beautiful. I would go back here!

Great place only downside was the beach. The staff worked day and night to clear seaweed.

The resort was gorgeous and all the staff was friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful. There was a lot of seaweed but that’s not something the hotel can control. We had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

Family friendly hotel

Pros: I like the seating areas in the gardens. I like the birds (flamingos, peacock, crane) they keep at the property. They attract kids.
Cons: The quality of food could be improved.
Location: The hotel is far from the city. There are no nearby restaurants or shopping centers.
The property is huge and far from the city. There are no nearby restaurants or shopping centers. My family booked a junior suite for 6 nights. It has a balcony overlooking a garden. It is clean & nice, but the beds are not so comfortable. The room has a safe. The hotel has lots of amenities and lots of places to hang out. I specially love seating areas in the garden where you can read a book or just have some quiet time. There are places for kids to hang out as well (i.e. computer corner, game room). Depending on where your room is and where you are going, there could be a lot of walking for you coz of the size of the property. Although, they have golf carts that can give a ride if you request it. The beach is clean. However, the water is not so calm. It was breezy, windy when we went so the waves are sometimes big. The food is ok. Nothing really stood out. We tried the Japanese, Mediterranean, Italian and Steak restaurants. We did not have problems in booking our dinners at these restaurants. The staff/crew are very nice, polite & friendly. We had a problem with the TV and they were able to fix it. We had requests for diet drinks, extra blankets, extra towels and they were delivered to our room promptly. My one complaint is that the ice machine are so far from the room (you have to travel to Alaska to get it). We had a great time. Service is very good. This hotel is highly recommended.

Great place for a relaxing and fun week!

Pros: Staff was so friendly and helpful. Beach is beautiful. Resort has so much to do and food is great!
Location: Great golf course and spa!
We went to Iberostar for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience. Our room was huge and the meals were great. The shows are something fun to do at night and we definitely used the swim up bar to soak up some sun and some margaritas. Great experience!

Good for the price

Loved the experience of the actual hotel, didnt appreciate the people pushing too much on the time share and calling us 5-6 times a day wake us up, and going to our room was kind of annoying besides that everything else was good food was good and service was good little slow but good

Nice all inclusive hotels, good room and food

Pros: Spacious Villa Rooms, close to restaurants
Cons: none noted.
Location: Since this was our third trip to the Dominican Republic we did not do any tours, ..did them last trips. Just relaxed on beach and by pool.
Missed one of stay as American Airlines delayed in Harrisburg and Phila. Was supposed to arrive in Dominican Republic on Monday 11/13. Was rerouted to Miami and had to stay overnight at my expense. Left Miami on Tuesday 11/14 and arrived that day. NO LUGGAGE, American Airlines lost luggage. Found it was still in Miami. Luggage arrived on Wednesday 11/15. Spoke to Travelocity representative on phone who stated she would attempt to get on day refund for missed day. Stated she would e-mail me her findings. STILL AWAITING THE EMAIL. Never heard back from Travelocity. Had to buy some clothing at my expense for first day there, TUE-WED, as neither myself of my wife had any clothing.
