Excellente prestation

Rien à redire sur l'ensemble de la prestation qui a été très bonne qualité. Un bémol sur les modalités d'échanges avec le propriétaire (?) ou son délégataire (?) : pas de possibilité d'échange téléphonique directe et communication par SMS ... aléatoire, avec des SMS parfois demeurés sans réponses ou auxquels il a été répondu tardivement, ce qui a pu générer des formes de stress (gestion du point de rdv, gestion des draps, gestion de l'état des lieux et de la remise des clés). Indépendamment de ces circonstances qui entretiennent l'incertitude et génèrent de l'anxiété, l'accueil a été excellent et le séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé. J-A M
