The tiny house was great for our family. Super cute, cozy and open. Really enjoyed being out on the ranch and all of the historical treasures to explore. Bedding and towels were clean and neat, however, the dishes, counters and floors could have used a good cleaning. Lots of flies, alive and not, it is on a ranch with animals nearby. Amenities were pretty low in stock, a squirt of hand soap, one Kleenex, etc. Otherwise adequate supplies for cooking and sleeping - just what we needed. One kid really loved staying in the loft, there is a mattress up there, just sweep up the dead bugs first:)Host is responsive and kind. Google directions got us there just the same as she suggested. It's on almost 2 miles of unpaved road but the roads are well maintained and we had no issues even in the rain. Overall, we'd stay again if in this area. Fun idea for a couple nights or traveling through.

This was a great place on my road trip, very quiet and a good get away. Comfortable bed, everything nice and clean not to mention spacious. Had some grasshopper friends but relocated them outside without difficulty. Would definitely stay again. Crystal was an outstanding host, met us at the end of the road to make sure we got in okay. Thanks!

Cute cabin! Neat idea! Filthy on the inside—grass, hair from other dogs, food residue on the counter, dried food stuck to pan and lid we used.1 paper towel on the roll, empty hand soap in bathroom (no replacement for either!), a million dead flies. The ice try that was pre-frozen had dirty ice cubes and there was a food residue stain in the frost of the freezer. NOT recommended for anyone that has knee issues. The top of bed is below knee level—very low!! Hard to get up. Also, we received a message saying leave the doors unlocked, as the don’t have keys for the doors. A key was hanging off the mini split on the back side of the cabin. I tried it, it fit in the door I tried. Annoyed they lied. Annoyed they kept the key open to others without telling us. FYI: the cabin is not quickly accessible if coming from the east. Due to the exits or lack there of on the road, you spend 18-20 minutes backtracking your drive as the cabin sits on the secondary road. Also, wrong address and wrong name provided. If you type in the listed address you’ll be close enough. There is a sign that says H&H with an arrow up, keep driving past the address listed on the gravel road, you eventually get to the right place (different address and name) I loved the layout of the cabin, but very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and thought of having things stocked or replacements for them. Stay away if fear of grasshoppers!!
Key hanging from mini split
Key hanging from mini split—easily visible to everyone else
Mini split inside—light was SO bright and shined directly at the bed
Cute! View from bed. Can climb the ladder. Tons of dead flies up there! Camper mattress in loft but no space to lay on mattress, unless you’re thin as paper
